I've always been a huge fan of Samsung until I purchased this tv. It is very glitchy and freezes often. I have had to unplug it several times just to get to work again. Seems quality is not as important as it use to be. May be the last Samsung I ever buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with this television! Firstly, the 65 inch is the perfect size for over our fireplace. I like how sleek the remote is, so it looks nice. I also appreciate the picture quality when playing video games - I can pick out details well. I am most impressed by the sound on this TV. I don't own any sort of sound system, but just from this TV it still feels like the sound is thrown around the room. My only bummer to this TV is that I think the main screen can be a little hard to navigate, but I'm also not sure that I can't customize it to fit my needs a little better. Overall, I'm still learning, but would 100% buy this again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Samsung 75 inch TV is amazing. We love everything about it except for one thing. That is the sound. You have to keep adjusting the sound per show to get the best sound out of this TV and the sound bar which is also a Samsung 650a. I bought both pieces together the TV I prefer I wish the speaker sound was a little bit better. I've even tried it with the setting up of the arc link and adjusting all the settings I just get tired of having to just set the settings every time I change the show.

As a first time owner of a smart TV I did need help setting it up and it is taking me some time to get use to the remote. I love all the convenient applications, including Netflix, Xfinity, Samsung tv plus, Hulu, Peacock, You Tube, etc! My only complaint is that the TV can be little too bright and or too dim! Fortunately I have only found this true with some programming. I would buy this TV again and I admit it is great for binge watching your favorite shows!

the tv makes a continuous tapping sound like a clock ticking. it varies in frequency from slow to fast and then back. i changed power cords, surge protectors, different outlets on different circuits and even changed rooms. i maded sure that anything else that might cause elextrical interference was either unplugged or not running (refrigerator, boiler). i unplugged all other cables from other devices that were plugged in. i left the tv unplugged all night. i made sure that tv was level front to back and side to side. nothing eliminated the continuous tapping noise. chatted with samsung serivce and they didn't have a solution. very narrow viewing angle but ok for the room that it is being used in. easy to set up.
