We're so glad we made this purchase. It's fun to watch shows with such definition, and the sound bar we purchased with it is amazing as well.

It's definitely a great way to watch a ballgame without having to put on pants and go to the ballpark. I will note that sound can be hit or missed and that's why this television is best for apartments as opposed to a big open house or minor league field. Overall a great purchase and I would swing this way again.

Bought Oct. 2021 - backlight died this passing week in July 2023. No, it is not a connection issue, etc. Huge fan of Samsung products, my house and housemates are in general as well (cellphones, multiple TVs, and so forth). I'm hoping to get it repaired, assuming it doesn't cost as much as a new TV b/c the visual quality was great as were device compatibility\features (sound-wise...maybe get some external speakers) and w\ an antennae even low quality broadcast stations came in great (not to mention the IPTV options I never knew existed). I only got it b/c the venerable LN46B650T1FUZA series in the bedroom finally kicked it w/ it's backlight also going out. Overall, good product, get speakers, extremely short life span at the moment (can read that as bad build quality), future iterations will probably be better.

I do like that it has a lot of streaming apps on it as well as the Samsung TV app where you can watch free basic tv. The 75 inch screen is really nice and fits our living room space well. I would recommend this TV to anyone who is loves to watch movies and any sports as the clarity is amazing.

One of our favorite features is the included Samsung tv. We don't have cable but Samsung TV makes it feel like we do. It was very easy to setup with our Samsung soundbar too. All in all, we love our tv and will recommend Samsung to friends and family.

New remote is smooth and works fast. ( Like it better than my firetv) wifi connection is solid. Easy to set up all my apps. Love the Samsung free channels included with TV. :)

It beats having to download all those apps on to my phone or tablet and watch them on a smaller screen. I am a loyal Samsung customer all my previous cell phones are from Samsung. I upgrade them every year. Now I am a huge Samsung TV fan. Great work Samsung keep it up!!!!

I didn't experience hard time to Mount it on the wall. I also like the function to adjust the tv brightness and the volume does not hurt my ear at all. I recommend this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming. I have 4 different (under a year old Samsung 8000 series) every single one of them are the worst at responding to actions. We stream all our tv shows, have the fastest 1gig internet but it's no use when the tvs crash and keep up with general use.

okay for starters, this is my first smart tv. maybe i lived under a rock but this is some star trek stuff. a computer but bigger lot bigger. i can search all the movies and tv shows. yep, i don't need directv or dish, those are going to be obsolete eventually. i do wish the samsung tv would pick up the local tv channels. the clarity of this tv is great. i feel like i am there. i spent the extra money to go with au8000 instead of au7000.
