Excellent quality Picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this Tv is awesome, as soon I finishing mounted on my bedroom and set it up, the colors and the picture impressed me! The resolutions is 4k makes all the shows, movies, and video games look amazing and more fun to watch or play video games. I like that it comes with Featured Streaming Services like Netflix, YouTube, apple tv+, Disney+ and more. It comes with 3 HDMI ports, perfect to connect the things that I need, like my video games and 1 Digital Optical Audio Output to connect my bar sound. The sound is pretty clear and loud enough. This TV is just amazing the quality of the picture is really crisp and the colors are very vibrant, very easy to navigate, great for entertain my household, especially during this pandemic!

What I Have

This Television has amazing features

The features that the home dashboard offers is incredible. The setup and installation of personalized services is designed for simplicity and at record time. I had the pleasure of having it up and running faster then it took my microwave to heat my dinner! I am a Samsung fan for life!

Nice Television

I upgraded to this TV and it's pretty good. I love to picture quality and sound. The few features that I comes with are great but was disappointed at the fact that it lacked features I was expecting. However, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this TV to anyone.

Easy set up! Great picture!!

set up and registration with my samsung account was flawless, quick, and so easy! instant access to all my streaming apps. using the remote in smartthings is great for me since i never have to look for (or even bother with) another tv remote control. picture quality is bright, crisp, and clear.

Picture Quality

this tv is a replacement for another i brought 2 1/2 years ago, through the warranty company. i haven't had it for very long (3 weeks), but so far so good. the picture is crisp, clean, and vivid. it has great features, like 3 hdmi connections . so far i am very pleased. i just hope it lasts longer than the last one as the only warranty i have on this one is what's left on the broken one.

Really impressed with this TV overall performance!

Apps download very quickly, and once I set my initial color options for it, I haven't had to change any settings since. Overall I would rate this model 4 of 5 stars. Excellent!

Great TV once I became familiar with the tizen os.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has worked great. Love that the remote controls my soundbar (which is a an LG). Remote wasn't synced out of the box, I had to sync by holding buttons under the battery cover. Picture is fantastic. Samsung health app is nice, works together with my Samsung phone and watch.

Dissatisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv for streaming only. It is less than two years old. I live alone. I don't game. There are lines going horizontally in the middle of the screen. There is an issue with it. It turns off and may not come on for over two days. It flashes then goes black. Then at any given time it will turn on. Not sure if it is the chord but even if it is the lines are now visible so what's the point of getting it fixed? Very disappointed.

Please try following troubleshooting steps: 1. Run a Picture Test on the TV. Navigate to Settings, select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Picture Test, select OK and then view the test. You can select Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem with the picture, or Show again to see the picture a second time. 2. Determine if lines are appearing during the Picture Test. Look for a line or lines on the screen during the Picture Test. If there are no lines, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines. - If the lines still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If lines appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. 3. Request service if lines appear during the Picture Test. If you see lines during the Picture Test, please visit our Support Center to request service. Make sure you have the TV's model code, software version, and serial number when calling. In some cases, lines (especially if they are black) can be caused by a cracked screen. If this is the case, it would still need service if you want to fix it. However, since physical damage is not covered by the warranty, it may be more economical to buy a new TV rather than pay for repairs and a new screen. Please call us so we can help you further. Absolutely Amazing!

I use it to mainly watch Netflix but has so many applications such as displaying stocks or accessing the internet browser available through the TV itself. Also launches app's extremely quick while also having a vast array of apps to choose from.
