The picture really pops and the colors are so vibrant. I like to watch nature shows and there amazing on this tv. Transition between the source and other devices is seemless. No pause no black outs just continuous excellence. I'm very happy with my purchase and from now on I will be coming back whether for replacement of a tv or just an upgrade. i purchased this tv three weeks ago and have loved every minute that i've owned it. my previous tv which i hadn't even owned for an entire year (and was a different brand) only worked right for the first couple of weeks that i owned it. it was so bad i could no longer watch anything on it, that's when i decided to do research and find a better tv of a different brand. i was originally going to get the 7000 series but then saw the 8000 in the store and that it was only slightly higher in price. i learned my lesson from the previous one, you get what you pay for. i have been more than satisfied with the au8000, it has done everything i wanted in a tv. i would definitely recommend samsung and would buy again.

I have had this tv going on 2 month. The tv is really light . Easy to move around, great picture quality , good selection of free apps with content and I love the Samsung love tv. No point in paying for cable. . So far I'm happy . Set up was easy as well . Super easy to stream content with air drop .

I also spend a little time gaming and I love the low input lag between game mode. I feel the price for this TV was perfect and does everything I need it to do.

I gave the old one to my mum and had this latest technology. The images very clear, colors are perfect and with the discount I got in Black Friday, this purchase was amazing!

this was my first samsung smart tv. i don't think i used it for two days before i returned it. the format/interface is crap. whenever you are on the home screen, a video automatically plays. that is very distracting. when i scrolled through the channels, it did not indicate which icon was selected. i had to keep trying them until i get the one i wanted. and if i didn't get the one i wanted ..... back to the home screen with an annoying video. as for the remote, very disappointed that was the best samsung could develop. there isn't even a 10 back or forward option! to be honest, the picture was pretty decent. i am not a big fan of hd (it looks too much like soap operas), but it was starting to grow on me.

The picture is great, way better than my older TV, would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a midrange TV. I also like to use my apple Ipad and use the mirror function so I can watch or draw on my iPad and have it on my TV. The sound isn't high high end but that comes with any TV I think. So I bought a sound bar with it and both are amazing. Would recommend!
