Excellent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I love this TV. We primarily use it to stream all of our shows. The Samsung App Store has the ability to download all of the streaming apps, so we are not limited by any means. The picture quality is impeccable. The TV is also very thin and looks great mounted on our wall. Great product and I would definitely recommend it!

Everything great just one issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I don't like it's that my tv screen has some weird blots or brighter areas on the edges around the TV. I noticed it when I first purchased thought maybe it was the movie or had to settle in. But no. It's like the screen or projected. It doesn't loook bad but it is noticeable when watching movies that are more on the Darker setting for sure

We are here to help, and I have a few troubleshooting tips that should help with your image quality issues. First, let's make sure your firmware is up to date. To do so, head to Settings > Support > Software Update. From there, you can easily update if needed. Next, 1. Run a Picture Test on the TV. Navigate to Settings, select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Picture Test, select OK and then view the test. You can choose Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem with the picture, or Show again to see the image a second time. 2. Determine if issues are appearing during the Picture Test. Look for issues on the screen during the Picture Test. If there are no spots or brighter areas, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines. - If the spots still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If spots appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. 3. Request service if spots appear during the Picture Test. If you see spots during the Picture Test, please visit our Support Center to request service. When calling, ensure you have the TV's model code, software version, and serial number. You can contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Best TV I ever had!

It looks so beautiful on wall and more importantly the quality of the image, the smoothness of the videos ...oh my God it's so great to purchase this tv... I love when use smart view to connect my phone to the TV and seamlessly share my content without any lag. It's amazing features built in this TV.

Well worth the money

The TV itself is much lighter in weight than expected and comes ready to view right out of the box. We're happy we made the purchase.

Nice TV for my use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this only for watching television. It serves that purpose well. I find it is hard to adjust color from channel to channel so I don't even try anymore. The remote sucks. I do like the small size of the remote, but the volume change button mutes too easily, and the channel change button too easily defaults to the search. Choosing a specific channel requires picking numbers from a scale from 0 to 9 by using arrow buttons. A number pad is so much faster and easier, but would require a somewhat larger remote. Overall, the picture is great. I use a sound bar with the HDMI port because my wall mount partially covers the optic connection. It does function well. I would recommend this to a friend after telling them the above list.

Nice TV!

Have had this TV for a couple of months now and I really enjoy it! The picture is awesome, I have 3 other Samsung devices and it pairs seamlessly from phone, laptop or tablet to TV! Because its a smart TV, you have Prime, Netflix and a Samsung button on your remote. You can access apps you use for streaming from TV.

Crisp Picture and Vibrant Images

The picture is much crisper and I like that additional streaming services are supported and upgraded features. The sound is not that powerful - although that's typically the case with flatscreen TVs. I purchased a sound bar - which I was planning to do anyway. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and hope this TV lasts as long as my last one did.

Best TV I Have Ever Had!

thank you for making such a fine tv! the video picture is about the best i have ever seen on a tv. this led tv replaces an 11 year old "plasma" tv, which are no longer made. the remote could be bigger, with bigger buttons, but i am getting along just fine with it. thanks again for making a wonderful product!
