I am a very satisfied customer of your product I literally have three in my home two in each bedroom and one in my living room it’s an amazing product and the different options are very convenient thank you for providing an excellent product continued success to your company and I should have been using your product when I think about how much I paid for cable service before I discovered your product I could have saved a lot of my hard earned money but it is a learning experience and that’s what life is all about. Thank you for your thoughtful and amazing product.

I've had the streaming stick for a couple of years now. We regularly take it with us on vacations and plug it into available televisions and they always work like a charm. I have a ROKU tv, 2 ROKU streaming boxes and the stick. They have all lasted and make our television viewing life easy and dependable. I highly doubt the veracity of the "one star" reviews. I've had too many different ROKU products and have never had issues with any of them over the years. I am a fan!

I like that I can load my Roku with my favorite streaming apps and take it with me when I travel. That way, I can keep up with the series, spring events (tennis, NASCAR, etc.) that I like to keep up with. The streaming stock is compact and easy to pack when I travel. Been a Roku user for over 10 years.

My original Roku stick is an older model and it lacks controls for my TV. The new 4K streaming stick fixes everything! Remote control for volume, streaming source (Prime, Netflix, etc.), and channel simplifies the old issue of having to manipulate 2-3 remote controls. The old Roku has now been relegated to the garage... But soon, it will be replaced with a third Roku 4K Streaming Stick. It gets better each time.

The tv streaming can take several minutes to turn on. The remote control is poorly designed. The “no volume” control is on the right and upper side of the remote. Normal handling by a right handed person inadvertently turns off the sound. Most people are right handed. There is no return feature to return to the previous channel. This causes using the back arrow to restart the Roko feature to take you back to tv. This takes a few minutes. I will recommend this product only because it beats cable pricing.

My Roku remote for one of my TV's is no longer working correctly. I changed the batteries and it made no difference. I have to use the TV's remote to turn on the TV, turn up the sound and mute. The Roku remote works to find a channel and that's it. Since there is not a way to contact Roku I guess I am stuck!!

I bought this Roku stick to replace an old one that would overheat very easily, and eventually made watching any television difficult because it became very glitchy. Maybe I should’ve read the directions for the new stick (😅), but I love that I have to essentially press the little button on the side of the stick to turn it on each time. I also have to do that if it’s been sitting paused for too long. I believe this feature is what keeps it from overheating, because it’s not always “on” even when the TV is off or has been idle for some time. Until I can set aside money for a Roku TV, I’m very happy with this purchase.

I am very happy that we chose to go with the ROKU. I am probably the least savvy when it comes to all the new technology, but I was able to set this up and get it going in minutes once I created a ROKU account, which was quick and easy to do also. I have been wanting to dump my cable service for quit some time which is full of useless garbage channels that no one watches but, you pay a mint for!! So glad we've chosen to go a different direction.

Absolutely the worst. I got this home from the store plugged it in and immediately got an error code 022. This is saying that the long range receiver isn’t being found. The only issue… this receiver is a part of the power cord. So it’s powered on but not sensing the receiver? It’s wired in, you cannot unplug it without unplugging the power. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting that I could, talked to support, they were not able to fix the issue and said to return the product. That’s fine and all but this is an error code that people have been chatting about since 2022… how is this still an issue with a product a year +? Now I have go back to the store to take it back, get something else or the same thing and hope that one works when this one didn’t. Very faulty product and it seems like this isn’t a one off. Such an inconvenience and waste of my time.

I had not upgraded to a newer stick in years. Figured the software upgrades were adequate. Wrong. Could not have been more wrong. I wish I’d gotten it way sooner. It controls my television, which isn’t a smart tv, power anc volume now. It works faster and just has way better features. Prime is on the remote too and that’s great.
