When lightning struck out DISH satellite, we had no TV, and it would be a week before a DISH technician could come. We had purchased ROKU for each TV but never used it. (We are not tech-savvy) But we had help learning how to use them. This enabled us to have many channels that would provide the entertainment we were used to, but we did miss the Christian channels that consumed most of our viewing time during the morning hours. (We resorted to the internet websites for each of the ministry programs). This positive ROKU experience has us looking into replacing DISH to reduce the expenses.

I have 4 tv's with Roku streaming devices. 3 work fine however the 4K streamer on the smart tv which is the closest the router freezes and buffers often. the router is only in next room with open wall. I even increased with my speed with spectrum to the maximum still no change

We had a power outage caused by a lightning struck near the house. When the power came back on our tv (ROKU) did not work. I tried everything I knew to fix it. As a last resort to fix it I called the ROKU help desk. The most pleasant and patient person spent over a half hour with me on the phone until we figured it out. I was so glad and thankful. Thankyou Help desk!

We are so glad we dropped our cable company and went with Roku. We have so much more for so much less! It does take some getting use to, but every time we explore the menu we find so much more programming that we love ! We will never be cable poor again! Thank you Roku for giving us what we have always wanted!

I have one on just about every tv in my house. Easy to use and the apps load quickly. I like the voice control option which makes searching for apps much easier. They all work the same so no learning curve. The set up is easy to navigate and get up and running quickly on the tv.

My first unit would not set up, so I called Roku and they thought the remote had a problem, and they sent me a new one, but that didn’t solve the problem. I called them again and they decided to send me a new unit. It works great and I am very pleased with the service that it provides me

Bought these for a couple of non smart tvs. Installed one right away and very pleased with performance. Noticed it performed better than our smart tv so installed it on that set. Noticed an improved performance right away. The only real problem is I now have a tv without a streaming devise so I’ll have to buy another Roku.

My original Roku stick is an older model and it lacks controls for my TV. The new 4K streaming stick fixes everything! Remote control for volume, streaming source (Prime, Netflix, etc.), and channel simplifies the old issue of having to manipulate 2-3 remote controls. The old Roku has now been relegated to the garage... But soon, it will be replaced with a third Roku 4K Streaming Stick. It gets better each time.

I have multiple Roku products, from TV's to 4K players, also have the Roku Ultra and now the Roku Streaming Stick 4k. Bought this one during a promotion and glad I did. Small but powerful, I would place this above my TV's and other devices (except the Ultra) for speed of menu and ease of use. Works great with Dolby Vision and my 4K TV. I have two LG OLED TV's and hate LG's interface, so I have the Ultra on my 83" and the 4K streaming stick on the 65". Keep up the good work Ruko!
