I have 4 tv's with Roku streaming devices. 3 work fine however the 4K streamer on the smart tv which is the closest the router freezes and buffers often. the router is only in next room with open wall. I even increased with my speed with spectrum to the maximum still no change

This is the best product when you want to save money and cut down your cable bill. They have live tv which shows a lot of old tv shows and movies. So cool. They have all the links needed for streaming apps like Britbox, Neflix, etc. You get so much entertainment from the Roku products. Easy to set up and use. Roku Rocks!!!

I absolutely love my Roku streaming stick! I can watch all kinds of shows for free and I can download a lot of apps that I can watch even more free shows through. The remote is super easy to use. The only issue I have with it is that it will not control my tv even though it claims to connect to it. I have to use the tv remote to control the volume and on/off button. It’s not a big deal to me so I still give it five stars.

I have had my Roku for over 10 years and it started giving me problems so i bought the Roku Streaming Stick. It also came with the best remote. It functions seamlessly with my vizio. My Roku Remote has volume buttons , on and off buttons. It has speech control. Fast forward and scroll back for when i miss something . Now this is also with all the regular Roku buttons. I no longer am having any issues with freezing or not accepting what i ask it to do such as going to netflix (a subscription i have thru Roku) and watching a program . I can not say enough good and am so pleased i upgraded my product.

I have been with Netflix for over 20 yrs. I had to buy a new Roku stick. The old one came with TV and it died. When I tried to use the new stick the ad to sign up for Netflix kept coming on and I couldn't get out of it. I tried calling Netflix for help. That didn't work. They give me the number of Roku. ( I couldn't find your number on any paper work that came with the stick. Not a friendly way of doing business.) This turned into an all day project which I did not appreciate. Everything works great now. No problems. I have Netflix button on my remote through my cable co. but I didn't want to use it since I was signed up through Roku.

I recently read an article about protecting your identity and privacy where it was recommended that you take your own streaming device while on vacation. I set up my new Roku stick at home prior to leaving for a 3-day trip away from home, so when I plugged it into the HDMI port at the hotel, it was ready to go. It made my husband very happy to be able to watch his streaming subscriptions and wasn't forced to watch what was available on live TV. Five stars, thanks Roku!

Couldn’t be easier to set up. Plug into the video port then power from the usb port. Turn on the tv and follow a short setup, including remote matching. DONE! Just like that. The menu is easy to understand and navigate and it is very fast. All in all it is a great streaming experience.

We love our Rokus at home (native to all our TVs), but we miss it when we travel. No more, with the Roku Streaming Stick 4K. At hotels and friend's houses, you're never sure what apps they support on TVs, but they always provide an HDMI port - so we can easily watch any streaming service or use any of the Roku apps when we're chillin' in our rooms or just want to get away from the crowd.

The mute button is just too close to the volume control. I'm always accidentally hitting the mute button. It needs to be just a few more millimeters away from the volume. I do not have this problem with the Roku control with my TCL TV. Other than this I'd have given a 5 rating.
