I have used the Roku systems since the first generation and they have always improved with each generation. This generation and model are no exception as they gotten easier to use and setup, With all the free apps included plus the paid subscriptions I already have I have no need for cable or satellites services. Definitely worth the money for your television viewing pleasure.

Only thing stopping a five star is that it won't turn on my TCL 65 inch 4k tv it does turn it off but have to turn on with the TCL remote and then press home button on ROKU to have ROKU HOMEPAGE up on screen. Excellent quality and sound with TCL soundbar and wireless woofer and Roku remote works volume perfect

I have already reviewed and commented but I forgot to add that I would like to see an update that allows for Bluetooth audio without using the mobile app. Would be nice to be able to use headphones or ear buds as with stream bar or other streaming sticks, especially since this item is more expensive than other streaming sticks

I wished I would have gotten one of these sooner and really wish I had more Wi-Fi availability unfortunately I do not have home internet so I need to use mobile device but it works fantastic with my mobile and I definitely would recommend you make the investment take the time to learn about it a bit pretty self-explanatory and the directions are very very helpful and make it possible for even me so you can do it and enjoy

It works great. We don't watch a lot of modern movies and tv shows. And we live out of town and can not use an antennae. We will not pay the price for satellite tv. We don't watch enough and its expensive. I would like to see some of the other apps if they have them. Such at Catchy comedy; feTV, INSP, Laff, MeTV etc. I like the old shows.

The actual streaming stick itself is great. A lot of apps are broadcasting in 4K, especially YouTube videos. This stick is easy to install, just plug in to an existing HDMI port on your TV and connect the stick's USB power port to your TV's USB port (if it has one, mine does) with the supplied USB cable and there you go. However, this is why I gave this stick only 2 stars. The remote *LOVES* batteries!!! I bought this back in May 2025 and so far I've had to replace the batteries in the remove FOUR TIMES!! It's on the fourth set right now. And I don't even use the voice feature to open any apps. In fact I have that disabled. And it *STILL* eats batteries. I have three Roku Express devices (Master Bedroom, Office and Hobby Room) and those remotes don't even come close to eating batteries like this remote does. Heck I don't even remember the last time I changed those batteries. Unless Roku does something to improve the battery life in the Streaming Stick 4K's remove, I really cannot in good conscious recommend this to anyone.

I love everything about the Roku stick. But the one thing that stands out is the genius of the way the remote control is laid out. It was a brilliant move to put the volume control and the mute on the side of the remote control. I can operate it in the dark and not mess up like I do on my LG, Samsung, and Sony remote controls. I would buy the Roku for no other reason than that. But it’s very well laid out and it’s very easy to find all the apps that I want. If you’re tired of hitting the wrong button all the time and wish you had a remote control of that was smart by the Roku and you’ll be a happy watcher!

When I first purchased my roku I was unsure of it at first cause i didn't know what my experience would be . I got one though and I actually lived the experience with Roku. It was easy to install and very easy to use and access the apps to watch my favorite movies and stream the latest tv shows that I like to watch .

We were skeptical and afraid of letting cable TV go but, after getting up the courage to pull the plug on cable TV and going with Roku, our viewing life was totally changed. We have 9 TVs and every one of them is now a Roku TV. The ability to find about any kind of program or movie at any given time was mind blowing, to say the least. We also enjoy being able to control our TVs using the voice command feature. it is so convenient. The only downside is that we now have to subscribe to various networks in order to complete some of our viewing preferences. I still give the Roku a five-star review and would recommend it to anyone brave enough to cut the cable! Thanks Roku

All of our Smart TV’s are awesome but, we have an older model 66” Samsung that is just an incredible TV and we want part ways until we just have to. The Roku allows us to stream our favorite subscriptions. Roku is super quick & very responsive! Love it! No more Firestick.
