The Roku 4K is a really friendly user device that provides a simplistic user friendly interface to navigate through all of your favorite apps. I have tried the competitors units as well, but the interface does not come close. I will continue to procure Roku devices for all of my future tv's.

I am thoroughly enjoying the Roku Streaming Stick 4K. I like the voice option on the remote. It makes it much easier to find movies and shows. I only had 2 issues. My remote will not turn on the tv, I have to use the button on the back of the tv to turn it on. I also had to purchase a USB extension (probably not the right term). The USB port is on the bottom of my tv not on the side as the directions showed. Otherwise, I like the new remote and the stick works well.

The actual streaming stick itself is great. A lot of apps are broadcasting in 4K, especially YouTube videos. This stick is easy to install, just plug in to an existing HDMI port on your TV and connect the stick's USB power port to your TV's USB port (if it has one, mine does) with the supplied USB cable and there you go. However, this is why I gave this stick only 2 stars. The remote *LOVES* batteries!!! I bought this back in May 2025 and so far I've had to replace the batteries in the remove FOUR TIMES!! It's on the fourth set right now. And I don't even use the voice feature to open any apps. In fact I have that disabled. And it *STILL* eats batteries. I have three Roku Express devices (Master Bedroom, Office and Hobby Room) and those remotes don't even come close to eating batteries like this remote does. Heck I don't even remember the last time I changed those batteries. Unless Roku does something to improve the battery life in the Streaming Stick 4K's remove, I really cannot in good conscious recommend this to anyone.

I'm very pleased with this thing. We actually have 4 of them. We have one for each TV and one we can bring with us when we travel. It's a very smooth and responsive user interface. It didn't seem to have the last that some other streaming products have. The voice search is easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new device that's easy to use yet still comes with plenty of features.

This is the 5th Roku product I've purchased. I've placed them in several different homes as well as on multiple televisions. They continue to improve the units over the years. I even kept an older model remote because it offered a jack for headphones. I highly recommend Roku units, as well as the programs that are offered that don't require a subscription.

The interface, being customizable with more than just the Firestick's 6 apps/channels is great. Plus the fast start-up is refreshing as even my newest Firestick takes 10 secs to bring up the home screen. Only drawback is that it won't work with surround sound systems (we have a Sony) attached to the TV, only soundbars. I'd give it 5 starts if it weren't for that and get rid of my one remaining FireStick.

Can I double the 5 stars to 10?! I keep buying these because they pack so much into so little for a fair price. They go on sale, they make new products, new technology, new shows, new OS. I'd retire and work for Roku if I lived near them just to return the favor of a sensible, solid affordable, product that doesn't skimp, scam, or stink!

The ROKU streaming stick brought new life to our old, not so smart TV. We're now able to watch streaming Apps that we were unable to before we added the ROKU stick. The stick was also very easy to install, just read the instructions before you do anything else, and follow them step by step.

Five stars do not sufficiently convey my satisfaction with our Roku device. Approximately three years ago, a trusted colleague recommended Roku and streaming services to me. Although I was initially skeptical, I decided to purchase the Roku Streaming Stick 4K for our living room television. Shortly thereafter, we discontinued our subscription with a major satellite provider and acquired two additional Roku 4K Streaming Sticks for the bedroom and office televisions. Most recently, I obtained a fourth Roku 4K Streaming Stick to bring along when travelling. In addition, over the past year I educated my in-laws on the benefits of streaming compared to traditional cable services. They responded positively and requested that I install Roku 4K Streaming Sticks on four of their televisions. As a result, I am now their favorite son-in-law.

Just insall the stick and it's fantastic. I never knew my TV could look so good. I had a 4K streaming stick but this upgrade kicks it right out the box. If you have a 4K UHD TV it's worth it. All my electronic stuff is good and I don't usually write reviews, but I can't help it with this one. Caught it on sale too. Thanks Roku
