I’ve had this product for less than a year and recently my Roku stopped working. I researched why this would happen. None of the tips applied to my situation so I decided to uninstall it and reinstall it and then it was fine. Was worried I would have to buy another Roku product.

This is the best way to cut the cord and do away with all your cable boxes. Create a nice strong network, and these Roku streaming sticks will do the trick. I was the first to use these about four years ago and now I sell them to everyone of my customers. Add the YouTube tv app and there you have it. Local channels and movies. Also the Roku live channel has a ton of great free content as well. 5 stars all the way.

This is my first Roku stick. This Roku stick is replacing my old Roku lil box.. I like Roku products. I think Roku makes their products easy to use and at a better price than others. Give it a go if you are wanting a new way to watch TV! Totally worth it!

I'm glad you contacted me. The remote has problems. The button for on/off doesn't work, occasionally if I hold it and also the home button it comes on or shuts off. I'm now unable to turn it off at all. Also the 3 side buttons aren't functioning, volume up/down and mute. Please advise .a new remote or something I'm unaware of to fix?

I know I needed to replace an old roku 2 I had in the bedroom it just wasn't picking up some of the showso I bought this one for my living room which is my main TV super easy to set up super fast accessing the roku shows and I like the fact that you can speak to the remote. Also when typing in passwords it's really fast not like the old ones it seems like it took forever

As a long-time user, I have come to really like Roku streaming devices overall. Setup is super easy and streaming is seamless for the most part. Minuses have to do with the remote control. I have have several that just quit working for no apparent reason.

The Roku Streaming Stick 4K is a faster device than the previous Express or low end devices. The blue tooth version works better than the IR version. The channels flip through the selection quickly and the selected channel comes up quickly. I wish the Roku TV set that I have would do the same. Seems like they need that technology in their TVs.

Not happy with the remote. Cant turn the tv on or off as well as control the volume.Have to use the tv remote for that....otherwise it works for the other functions.I did all the other steps as well with the smart tv for accepting the signal but no dice.

Our Roku tv has become so sluggish, suffers frequent rebooting on its own that we bought this hoping it would cure the issue. While the picture is much better, the other problems (though less severe) still remain. The volume of Netflix is ridiculously low. Netflix is sluggish, the shows are slow to populate, and after exiting there is a good chance the next app will crash when we try to open it. I’ve been a fan and user sine the company started. I don’t understand what the problem is with Roku and Netflix. I don’t have issues with other apps.

I enjoy my Roku greatly. I have a smart TV and after a month of dealing with the smart TV interface I ordered a Roku to plug into my smart TV. It is much more user friendly than the smartTV. The interface/smart feature on the TV is no longer used. Just use the Roku and over the air. It is shocking how many channels you get for free without pay for apps on Roku.
