Was unaware of the benefits of the Roku stick until my brother-in-law suggested it. Now I enjoy streaming without having to buy a smart TV. Even though I don’t have free access to certain channels I enjoy it still has been very nice with the options I do gave. Thanks

Many, many years ago I had a Roku. It was OK. When my son bought me a Firestick and a new TV a few years ago I was in awe. The firestick awe faded over time, but I didn't know I had an option with the new style TV. Enter the new Roku. Wow! Simple design, easy to use, so many options, easier on the eyes, so much to love! I only wish I could program the buttons on the remote to go to the apps I choose, rather than preset ones. Also, the screensavers aren't consistent (and weird when they have ads in the corner), but that's a small thing, relatively speaking. I've been able to watch a movies from beginning to end without having buffering problems. Move over, Firestick, Roku is in the house!

This is now our 4th ROKU Streaming Stick 4k. I can't say enough about this device. The ease of setting up, the quality of the device, The voice search feature is a fantastic bonus. The incredible variety of streaming channels available and the fact that it is all free! Sure, you can also subscribe to various streaming services with your ROKU Streaming Stick 4k but with the hundreds of free choices available it isn't necessary.

I have been using a competitor's streaming stick for years. My two biggest frustrations were that I couldn't control my tv with the other remote and I hated the homepage of the other service. It was way too busy and prioritized their shows over just showing me my apps. I switched to Roku specifically to be able to watch Weird, the Weird Al movie, and didn't expect to be so happy with the Roku. The remote is easier to use, the homepage is much simpler and I just like everything about it better than the other stick.

I have an older non-smart TV with cable. So it doesn't connect to HBO max, apple tv+ or netflix. I used to watch these streamers on laptop or phone. A friend suggested Roku to stream from Iphone to tv via apple airplay. Its an elegant solution until i cut the cable cord and get a new smart TV. easy setup. Wish i knew it was this easy!

Purchased this to cut back on rental costs for cable tv equipment. Operation is seamless after adding and logging into the various app (including one for cable tv). We like that it controls programming as well as the volume on the device it’s connected to. Haven’t explored the free tv viewing options yet but expect them to work well. Roku device is fairly small and easy to hide behind the tv’s they are connected to. We purchased 2 of the 4K sticks as well as the Roku ultra. We are happy with the purchase.

The best product you can buy for the television to see Live TV. tons of movies and shows for free. You can also download many apps for streaming content. It is so easy to install and to use and at an affordable price. I am always recommending it to friends and family

This is the second unit I've bought in 6 years. Lost the original one. It does a fair job but keeps disconnecting from the internet. I got it to receive Paramount+ at least until the regular network shows com back in Jan 2024 after the writers and actors strike. May cancel Paramount and mothball ROKU. But there are some free options so may keep it. My TV is a 2016 so it didn't have many extra options.

I am having issues with the roku, everytime I go to use the roku a message comes up saying HDCP, I have checked the connection with the HDMI< i have unplugged the HDMI and the roku several times and the message is still coming up on the tv. Can you please fix this issue. Thank you for your time.

We love the easy access to all our streaming platforms and with a simple remote to handle that access. Our only gripe is that you can’t directly dial in a live tv channel. We have created favorites to navigate more quickly, but if there is something else we want to explore, you have to endlessly scroll. Otherwise we love the Roku.
