I bought a roku after I got spectrum since they were compatible. Big mistake every time I try to use it I get an error message and I have to unplug it and plug it back in, for a while that trick worked fine. Now I keep getting a low power error message, I use the wire that came with it along with supplied box, I have it plugged into the wall outlet nothing helps. It says go to roku to check for options all it says is used the supplied wire and plug it into the wall, yea no that doesn’t work!! I will be going back to Firestick which I have never had a problem with!

The tv streaming can take several minutes to turn on. The remote control is poorly designed. The “no volume” control is on the right and upper side of the remote. Normal handling by a right handed person inadvertently turns off the sound. Most people are right handed. There is no return feature to return to the previous channel. This causes using the back arrow to restart the Roko feature to take you back to tv. This takes a few minutes. I will recommend this product only because it beats cable pricing.

Installs in seconds. Download the apps you want and go! BTW you can type in your search or use the voice search for a much easier search. Use the volume control and you can set aside extra controls. This is a true one for all device. Hey .. you have to love the selections of show/movies that are available through Roku … subscription or free ones controlled on one device!!!

One of my older tv’s started having issues receiving a WiFi signal. I added a Roku and the problem was solved. After using for a few weeks I found Roku so superior to using the factory Samsung & LG platforms that I bought Roku’s for every tv. Now the family has one simple remote and one system to deal with. Easy!

So it started off having issues, I got the 4K stick to replace my old Roku that started having issues over heating. The stick started with issues where it would give an error and crash videos every 10-20 minutes. Once I did a factory reset it hasn’t had the issue since. Was nice that most apps I had installed before I didn’t have to resign into.

My tv is an older one yet this Roku made the picture beautiful and so clear. I enjoy the voice search feature that brings up what ever you may be looking for in entertainment. Another plus about the stick it's behind tv out of sight. There are so many free channels. My favorite is JW Broadcasting being a JW I spend a lot of time there and watching the dramas on the TV screen is much better than my tablet. If you haven't bought a new Roku lately please do you want be disappointed. Enjoy!

I had trouble with an old Fire stick, and even more trouble with a new Fire stick, so I switched to an old Roku and that was so much better. Then I upgraded to the 4K from Roku and it's even better - hidden behind the tv, better remote, more functionality, and FAST. This is truly an improvement over everything I've tried before!

I replaced a fire stick with the Roku 4K stick. It is faster to load apps, the advertising is less annoying, and the picture is nice. We only have 50G dsl and have had no issues with lag or buffering. A great value and upgrade from the previous device.

IMHO it feels smoother and the remote feels more better than my Firestick. If there is one thing I’d like to have changed, that would be the placement of the volume and mute buttons. I have a habit of using the remote on my right hand so when I reach for it, I almost always mute it😂 Overall I love the Roku and will most likely replace my other Firestick in the bedroom too!

This is now our 4th ROKU Streaming Stick 4k. I can't say enough about this device. The ease of setting up, the quality of the device, The voice search feature is a fantastic bonus. The incredible variety of streaming channels available and the fact that it is all free! Sure, you can also subscribe to various streaming services with your ROKU Streaming Stick 4k but with the hundreds of free choices available it isn't necessary.
