I just love this device! It's simple to use, and great choices of channels! Love the fact, I can go forward/backwards, pause. Come back to where you started off you turn off the channel! Thank you SOOO much for this product. "BEST BUY" Assistance on which was best for my T.V's!

Usually Dolby Vision or any kind of HDR looks terrible on my three years old LG OLED tv. In the past, it was way too dark and with overblown colors. I usually had to turn of any kind of Dolby Vision or HDR processing. This Roku makes Dolby Vision looks like it does in the movie theaters. An improvement, rather than a deterrent.

We travel often in our camper. Many of the campgrounds do not have cable. But we do have hotspots on our cell phones. So using our hotspots and Roku, we are still able to watch tv on those cold rainy days when it's nice to stay inside! We totally recommend this approach and our Roku stick!

I have little interest in TV as such, but a consuming interest in the Criterion Channel. Roku provides the only technical means for delivering Criterion to my equipment without continual interrupted performance. It has been a totally reliable tool. --twc

Bought the new Roku stick because it had apps not available on the amazon firestick and I absolutely love it! I don't even use the firestick anymore. The homepage is not so overwhelming with so much stuff and it doesnt cram amazon prime down your throat. Main page is not overcrowded and very easy to navigate. I have not had it buffer or crash even once to the point where I had to restart it the way I always have to with the firesick! I also love the search function. very easy to use. I really love the remote too. Volume and mute buttons on the side makes them so very easy to find and use. The remote is small and light and buttons are easy to find. I was really surprised by this cool little remote! I highly recommend for anyone who favors simple yet very effective over complicated and difficult to use.

I recently purchased my second Roku for a second TV. I am very happy with Roku. It has a simple, easy to use remote that controls the TV as well as the streaming device. The set up was easy and went quickly. I particularly like all of the options, especially Roku TV since we don’t have any other TV service.

I've used Roku before and loved it. This time I keep getting an error 022" Wireless receiver not detected. The Long Range Wireless Receiver must be connected to the Romu player to work properly. Please plug into the Roku player and a power source. It is plugged into power. Do I need another device (player) to make this work? Also, couldn't find assistance on website.

For the price of it I'd recommend it to someone who had the problem I did where my TV is 4K capable but no longer had memory to put enough apps on it. Otherwise it has buffering issues quite often, and when I contacted support to get the supposed 30 days of AMC that I was supposed to get with it support was so bad they were unable to answer in their own time out. And kept asking me what I was calling for over and over again. So really wasn't impressed overall, but they contacted me and gave it to me at a discounted price so cool I guess I wouldn't pay full price for it.

I have loads of Roku units at our home and vacation house. This one is the only one that is causing us problems. It takes much longer to connect to the WiFi than the older one it replaced. And we keep having to log into the streaming apps on this unit. We do hot have to do that on the older units.

I bought a new 65” Roku TV and loved the phone app’s remote so much I bought the 4K streaming stick for my old (non-Roku) TV. I’m constantly discovering a ton of great free content automatically aggregated by Roku so I don’t have to waste a ton of time searching for it. By far my favorite feature is the ability of the Roku phone app remote to instantly switch the audio between my airpods connected to my phone and the tv, and it automatically mutes the tv when switching to earphones. I use it every night when watching late and everyone else is in bed sleeping. Love this feature. Love both my Roku TV and 4K Streaming Stick added to my old 1080p TV, giving it features it’s never had before. I think even the picture quality is improved thru the stick vs through the individual streaming apps previously run from my phone.
