Overall I’m happy with the Streaming Stick 4K. The product works great and the remote is the best I’ve used. It feels solid. The buttons are firm and have a tactile click when pressed. The body of the remote has a little texture. So, no more accidental button presses and accidental drops. The only complaint I have is that if a program is paused for just a short time it turns off the tv. This needs to be a setting that can be changed by the user.

I have used my Roku for about , 8 yrs. . After about 4 yrs. , I had put a small fan on it , an extension line on the stick . To get it away from the back of the TV . Heat seemed to be the problem. I also added a timer. So your are thinking why 5 stars . I think it's the greatest cord cutter11111

Pro-Sans Riku device we would be unable to stream the Spectrum app on our LG 4K TV. Cons- neither the device or software allows for directly entering a tv channel. Huge loss of user friendly aspect. Also, time to time you have to "reset" the device (w/device button) to clear the cache. Finally, Roku does not provide a way to clear the 'Recently Watched' list on Spectrum app.

Couldn’t be easier to set up. Plug into the video port then power from the usb port. Turn on the tv and follow a short setup, including remote matching. DONE! Just like that. The menu is easy to understand and navigate and it is very fast. All in all it is a great streaming experience.

I bought this because my smart tv no longer supported some streaming services. I was having problems of buffering and freezing. So I saw the ad for the Roku stick and decided that this will probably solve my issues. And I am so happy because it did. I did not have to buy a new tv. Saved me a lot of $$. I bought 2 more because it works so well. Thank you Roku.

The volume on my remote is not very good. I the volume up doesn’t work most of the time - I have to use my TV remote to adjust the voume.The remote seems to use up the batteries very fast. I have an older LG TV in my bedroom that’s not hooked up to cable so it does enable me to watch my streaming channels and local and cable which is a great feature

Have one on very TV and always find and amazing selection of free movies on one of the available apps. Voice control really helps with the search. Was looking to return my cable boxes and just use the Xfinity Roku App but decided not to do it on all my TVs as the Roku app does not yet compare yet to my cable TV remote but it is getting closer with every new release.

I’ve had a Roku premier for any years and loved it. My husband gifted me a Roku streaming stick for Christmas this year. It’s horrible. It’s unresponsive most of the time. I usually end up using the remote on my phone more than the actual remote as it’s unresponsive. It’s extremely slow to load apps. If it turns itself off because its idol for too long (we leave the tv on for the dogs when we aren’t home), it doesn’t automatically connect to the wifi when it’s turned back on later. However, if we stop watching tv and turn it off, it will still be connected to the wifi when we turn it on later. It’s very annoying to have to set up the wifi connection each time. Also, the volume needs to be turned up much higher than if we weren’t using the Roku. I’ve tried different shows on different apps, and the volume is still very low using the Roku streaming stick.

I like the new Roku because it works not using infrared but Bluetooth technology. The old Roku I have does not work very good I wish you would exchange it for me but it got to the point where I have to bring the control unit right up to the receiver. So would like another one please

I am well pleased with the Roku stream stick 4K (HD-4K-HDR). I do not have a 4K tv but it works fine with my Samsung smart HD T and also bought another one for my tv in other room that is not a smart tv, and it works good with it also. At this time, I am well pleased with Roku tv. I like not having to pay for a TV program provider while only paying for internet services. For my use I would not want anything else for the price.
