I have had Rokus for years and I love how they work. I only have one smart tv and six not so smart. Therefore I have six Rokus that make my old tvs a pleasure to watch. Unfortunately I do have one complaint. For us older adults, especially those with arthritis the mute button is in a very bad place. It is very difficult not hit it repeatedly. It would be great if you could move it to different position on the remote. Thank you

I recently canceled my TV cable connection and went straight to Wi-Fi. I am experimenting with what is available to the roku. I have not signed app for any live programs yet there is enough on roku to satisfy my viewing needs at this time. I do have a subscription to Netflix and peacock.

An old plasma set, with great picture yet, got extended life with the Roku Streaming Stick 4K. I was really pleased with the results. Remote is erratic a few times but it seems to be due to using the tv's USB to power the stick. Nothing to be worried about as cell phone app is fabulous.

Bought this a few weeks ago and have been having problems with it occasionally. Most of the time it works pretty good but once in a while there are one or two shows that it will just stop playing. It will not let you play any more of that show until a later date.

Takes 10 to 15 mins to initially install. But, if you disconnect it for any reason, its over. Spent the past hour and a half trying to hook it up again, and, nothing. The remote only allows me to power it on and control volume. Can't select anything necessary for the wifi connection. Uninstalled it from my phone app remote. Still useless. All the remote help on the website doesn't work. Only device being recognized is the other Roku in a different room. This has been a time suck. Could've done other things tonight. What a waste. Just got this stick less than 1 year ago.

When my remote control was acting up on my new roku. I'm my old roku. I call customer service and I got ahold of the tech that was so nice and so grateful that he sent me a roku box for free and I've been with roku all the time, I won't go back to no Comcast or cable. I love roku. I just pay for internet. And I got all my little channels. And roko is adding new channels every day and I'm just enjoying my roku. The technician told me for being a good customer for roku.I said I don't want to go nowhere else.I'm gonna even buy me another roku TV.I love roku.Thanks a lot you made my day

I bought this about a month ago because our TV remote just stopped working. When I installed Roku, it was able to turn on the TV, and on top of that, it revived the original TV remote. What I like about Roku is it's easy to set up and has a lot of free channels including local TV channels and other city TV channels. What I don't like about Roku is that I have not been successful in making it control our Samsung soundbar. That's the reason why I am just giving it 4 stars.

My Roku Streaming Stick 4K is less than 7 months old. The volume button doesn't work all the time, and now the arrow buttons are skipping over the program selections. In addition, the customer service is absent. I guess I'll go to the Amazon Fire Stick next.

I've owned this box about six months and have had to contact Roku at least three time about it needing to be reset multiple times a week. The last time they admitted that was a faulty box and they would send a replacement, it would ship in three to five days. That was at least two weeks ago and I have yet to see it.

I used Roku streaming devices for years. They were stable and intuitive. I decided to try a competitor's device just for grins but didn't like it even though the many of the features were much better than Roku's. But, because my old Roku devices were, well, old, I bought a new streaming stick. The thing is so wacky—constant restarts, constant freezes. Now, after 2 months, the remote is shot. It's out of warranty so I'm out of luck and it's too bad—I was really excited to return to a company that was less invasive and pushy than that giant company that I can't mention in this review:/
