I was not a coffee drinker per se! Did not like the taste of Coffee at all till my son said try this Death wish Dad it's not bitter at all and so I did and that's the end of my resistance to coffee and the beginning of my Love affair with Death Wis! :hearts:️:grinning:

I generally drink my coffee unadorned(black), but occassionly I will add flavorings or liquor to it. I consider Death Wish Coffee to be best when unadorned, but it is still great no matter what you add to it. When compared to greats like Kona, Jamaican Blue Mountain & others, Death Wish ranks right there with them. Death Wish has a strong bold flavor & yet is smooth & easy to enjoy. If you like that in your coffee you should also know that it WILL get you up & running as well as it has a high caffeine level. I still enjoy other coffees but I will never be without Death Wish !!

As always, DWC hits the nail on the head all of the time. I am a coffee fanatic and would never try the same coffee twice. However, Death Wish coffee is an exception for me, it is fantastic and I find myself coming back to DWC and Valhallajava from time to time. I highly recommend these two types of coffee from DWC. Thank you guys!!!

I wish they would improve the bags the coffee comes in. One used to be able to open them by hand, but now the adhesive is so tight one my completely cut away the part of the bag at the top glued together with scissors. This leaves very little to seal the bag once you get some coffee out of it. Then that wire strip used to be very well glued to the bag, but the adhesive there is pitifully weak and it comes loose within 2 or 3 days so you have to keep track of it to reseal the bag after getting coffee. I bet Deathwish could do better. That's why only 4 stars - the less than it was when I first started buying packaging.

I was buying Death Wish (almost too much, is that possible?) and cut back, but now that I'm working from home, it's important to have really good coffee and not that free crap they call coffee in the office. So I got a subscription again (and another awesome kerchief)!

The taste is STRONG, don't be mistaken. If you're not looking to get kicked in the face by the mule that is Death Wish, then look elsewhere. Simultaneously if an early afternoon cup of joe to combat the siesta feelings keeps you up late at night, stay far, far away. This is for us that currently have black sludge that used to be coffee coursing through our veins in lieu of blood. A mere mortal and/or muggle will crumble under the sheer energy generated and forcibly bombarded through their ventricles. You have been warned.

I've been drinking Death Wish coffee for at least 8 years now. There is nothing else that comes close to the fantastic taste or the strength of it. Well...almost nothing. Having been a DDG (nick-named 'tin cans' because they were/are the smallest war ships and at sea they floated around like a tin can on the water, literally!) sailor in the USN '80-'83, I was a radarman, and often sitting and watching a radar for hours on end could really get boring and make one extremely sleepy, so, hence Navy coffee...if you've heard the term 'you can stand a spoon in it' when talking about coffee, Navy coffee was that. It was strong coffee and it did the trick of waking one up, *BUT*, it was nasty tasting stuff! Death Wish coffee is even stronger than the old Navy coffee I used to drink, and the taste is amazingly good. I wish that the Navy had had Death Wish coffee when I was on the ship, I'd have been able to stare at that radar screen for hours with no problem whatsoever! The only bad thing about that would have been that during the time we were ever underway, it was usually 6 on - 6 off, meaning we spent 6 hours on watch (on the radar) then 6 hours off (we could sleep, or just do whatever we felt like doing, which ain't much when one is on a DDG, heh)...if I'd drank Death Wish during the 6 hours on watch...I'd never have gone to sleep during the 6 hours off to get some rest! This stuff really, honestly is a buzz-making coffee. If you really like to wake up in the morning, this is the coffee to drink. The taste alone is almost enough to get it anyway, it's that good. I live on a disability check now due to work related injuries, and the OL does too, and things like a fancy coffee are a little hard for us to keep ourselves in, but as far as she and I are concerned, this coffee is more than justifiable in our minds to buy and drink exclusively (unless things get tight once in a while, but that's when you *really* find out that Death Wish is the *only* coffee you want to drink after having to use 'something else' for a few days or a week!). Thank you Death Wish for coming into existence years ago for me and being and doing what you do best!!

I had to buy myself a glass milk jug to keep a batch of cold brew on hand. I used some of the patches and stickers to decorate my jug. Love the coffee and the swag that comes with it. I have a Phillips LatteGo espresso machine - so my beans are ground fresh daily. I drink my cold brew black and my hot brew with milk and a little sweetener

I like dark roast coffee. The bag, in large letters boasted strongest dark roast. It had ZERO resemblance to coffee. Smelled very fruity, tasted NOTHING LIKE DARK Roast COFFEE... no flavor of coffee of ANY kind. I dug the bag out of the trash and In tiny letters said it was CHERRY. ???? WHY??

This is my luxury during the pandemic. I spend less on food so I budget for this coffee. Death Wish is my guilty pleasure. I love my morning ritual with my favorite coffee while creating my intentions with clarity. Thank you Death Wish for being the best part of my day.
