I am not a coffee snob, like, at all. I just need some sort of coffee/caffeine in my body at all times. Then, I tried Death Wish coffee on a whim. I mean, the packed looks so bad@$$ AND has extra caffeine!? Sign me up! Oh man. My world was rocked. This coffee is smooth and delicious, and makes me feel bright, happy, and ready to kick the day's butt. I am never going back to bad coffee.

My husband and I tried it for the first time at a friend's house and it had amazing flavor... rich, bold,and aromatic we really enjoyed it. When we got home I ordered 2 bags and bought a stove top percolator. We are very happy with our new coffee and it makes great iced coffee to. I want to order a cup I saw on the website I know my husband will appreciate! Thanks Rich and Amy for telling us about them.

I make a full cup of this every morning and I absolutely adore this coffee. while I don't tend to taste the hints of cherry or chocolate, I'm sure I'm just brewing it wrong. nonetheless, the coffee tastes incredible, the flavor is deep and rich and is just overall immeasurable in terms of taste. the strength is also amazing. within 10 to 15 minutes of drinking a cup, I'm already taking my daily work head-on and can focus for hours on end. I highly recommend this coffee for anyone that needs a nice pick-me-up in the mornings!

Deathwish is easily the best coffee I've ever had. The extra-strength caffeine kicks in almost instantly. It has a very neutral flavour for a coffee with just a hint of earthiness at the end of it. I could see that people with sensitive palettes might consider this coffee bitter - but I doubt they could handle the chemical-taste after a sip of the grocery dark roast brands if they drink it black as I do. I had to consider docking a star for shipping (shipping to Ontario costed more than the coffee...but it came with a Bandanna so, there's that also relatively speedily.) But I don't think that's really Deathwish's fault. Either way, it makes this not really feasible for a daily brew for me. Just a hit on the long insomnia filled days of darkness to bring me some deathly wishy sunshine.

Good stuff! Found that I don't need as much in my French press as others to get twice the kick! Once I backed off it tasted way better and I can drink as much as I want without it bothering my stomach, which has been a problem with dark roasts in the past(my son only like dark roasts, so now we're both happy!). I joined the club to make sure I don't have to buy others to hold me over if I forget to order in time.

I wrote a review in January about how I love the taste but didn't feel the kick.....and I'm back to say that after a second bag and a second try, I got the kick! It could have possibly been a bad batch? Either way, this bag gets me up and going in no time, on top of being sooooo smooth and rich. Incredible customer service, great coffee, even better mornings! Keep up the good work!

such a disa[ppointment ... so much hype about good quality beans and all .... found the taste hollow without depth no lingering aftertaste .... a shallow superficial taste actually thought I was in Des Moines again ....... good color rich brown but tasteless ahhhhhh well c'est la vie

My husband and I love your coffee and have gotten most people we know to love and buy it too. We look forward to our shipment every month, and as silly as it sounds we look forward to the goodie that is thrown into the box, even if it's just the sticker. But this month our box was missing the goodie. What happened?

I bought this coffee thinking it would be a nice change of pace from regular name brands. was wrong. the second it touched my lips I was hooked. my life will never be the same. I sold everything I own to stock up on this and now live in abject poverty with nothing to show for it but great coffee. purchase cautiously.
