The office chair in question presents a mixed bag of features and experiences. Starting on a positive note, its assembly process is straightforward and user-friendly, allowing for a hassle-free setup by just one person, guided by clear instructions. The design aesthetics of the chair are commendable, boasting an appealing look that would fit well in most office environments. However, the chair falls short in terms of comfort, ergonomics, and build quality over time. Initially, the chair appears to be comfortable, but the padding begins to show signs of wear after just a month of use. This issue is further exacerbated by the mesh back, which, although comfortable at first, stretches out and fails to provide adequate support after about a year. This could be a significant drawback for users looking for long-term ergonomic support. Moreover, the seat depth, at 20 inches, poses a challenge for individuals shorter than 5'7", as it becomes uncomfortable to use once the mesh loses its integrity. Considering the durability concerns and the impact on comfort and support over time, the chair does not offer good value for its price. The need to potentially replace the chair annually diminishes its overall worth, making it difficult to recommend for those seeking a reliable and long-lasting office seating solution.

I bought this chair 14 months ago and was pretty happy for the first 6 months. Then the squeaking started. And got louder. And now is audible on Zoom calls. I reached out to the company and they said they don't cover anything past 12 months, and offered to sell me some replacement parts. I wish that I had reached out sooner, but life is busy! I work from home, but travel often, so I would say I use this chair about 40% of the work week from 8-5. I do not recommend you purchase this chair.

I have to sit long hours for work and this chair helps with my posture.

Mesh started separating from the frame after 3 uses. Do not purchase.

Easy to assemble but it broke after 3 months.
