I bought this chair to use for gaming, it gets used at most 2 hours a night each week. Was happy with my purchase until a day ago then the staples that hold the mesh backing on started popping out. I called Sam's club, but they told me I had to contact the manufacturer, good luck with that. I can't find anyway to contact them. So I'm out $150 bucks.

I needed a work from home/gaming chair until I can reupholster my favorite 10 year old chair. This has a metal base. Nice adjustment options in arm height, seat forward position relative to backrest, back tilts. Seat foam is very dense and feels like it'll last. Overall very happy with the comfort and price.

I purchased this chair less than 4 months ago. The chair is comfortable, has lots of adjustment options, and was easy to assemble. A month or so after purchasing the chair it started squeaking when rotated left/right or when leaned back in. It has gotten worse and now squeaks whenever you shift weight in the chair. I am 5'9" 180 lbs so I don't feel that my weight is an issue. This is the 3rd chair I have owned from this company but the first chair I have had an issue with. Very disappointed in the quality of this chair.

Purchased at our "local" Sam's club which is 30 mi away. There were 4 chairs in stock but 3 of the boxes were opened or unstapled so we chose the unopened one. Got it home and immediately set out to putting it together. Turns out one of the adjustment levers on the seat base was broken off. I'm either returning to store, ordering another online or calling customer service to see if they can send another replacement part..I would encourage you to inspect the chair prior to leaving the store. Hope it's comfortable and serves me well.

This chair was easy to put together and is very comfortable and easy to move around in - the wheels glide smoothly. I would buy again.

Arrived Damaged - Waiting 10-15 weeks for replacement from the company. Will update review if/when replacement arm arrives.

I would love to try this chair but it didn’t include assembly instructions and I can’t find anything online. Here’s hoping I can put it together by guessing which screws go where

Very disappointed on this chair. I bought this chair going by its name - Ergonomic, wellness by design and found it not very comfortable. The back of the chair and the mesh is badly designed
