They were covered in mold in 3 days. I only got to use 2 of them before having to throw them out. The bread flavor was good. I'm very disappointed and from reading other reviews this is a common occurrence.

When I was going to use the bread it had gone bad already and it didn’t even have a week that I had bought it. I had to throw the whole thing away. I was very disappointed.

I have bought these 3 times and they are super moldy within 3 days! Really upset that I've had to throw way so much each time. There's no way it should be that moldy that quickly!

Re-bake (from frozen or thawed) for 5-10 mins @375-400 F for excellent ciabatta rolls. I tend to freeze singly or in pairs to avoid mold/drying out/eating too many!

These rolls are so good toasted. the outside has a great crust but the inside is soft and fluffy. I only wish they were pre-split. That would save a bit of time but not the worst

Bioengineering smh, this wasn’t a thing before but to charge us to kill us is crazy, it’s bread!!! No need for bioengineering anything, shame on this company,

The rolls are about half the size as before.

We love the bread for Sandwiches and split and toasted with butter and garlic.
