These are just bread rolls. None of the texture of ciabatta, which is what I love. But as regular rolls the flavor is fine as well as the texture.

These Ciabatta rolls are very delicious. Enjoyed the fresh taste with soft inside / golden top. Excellent for sandwiches! I would recommend them.

just 3 days went by, and the bread started to get moldy even without opening the bag for the first time

The rolls were very dry and were growing mold within 3 days of purchase. I had to throw them out and will not purchase them again.

Bioengineering smh, this wasn't a thing before but to charge us to kill us is crazy, it's bread!!! No need for bioengineering anything, shame on this company,

These rolls are so good toasted. the outside has a great crust but the inside is soft and fluffy. I only wish they were pre-split. That would save a bit of time but not the worst

Re-bake (from frozen or thawed) for 5-10 mins @375-400 F for excellent ciabatta rolls. I tend to freeze singly or in pairs to avoid mold/drying out/eating too many!

I have bought these 3 times and they are super moldy within 3 days! Really upset that I've had to throw way so much each time. There's no way it should be that moldy that quickly!

This used to be one of my go-to's but now something changed. Last ones I got were hard and totally different packaging. Filed them in a round container.

I will never buy the ciabatta rolls agai, unless I will use the on the day I buy them. We took a 2-day trip, buying the rolls 2 days before the trip. As we were trying to make sandwiches for lunch and the drive home, we noticed mold on them and had to toss them. After just returning from the store, we had to go back. There were 2 dates on the label: processing date and best-by date. The best-by date is 2 days after the processing date. This is ridiculous. Purchased in Tupelo, MS.
