After a small struggle getting the battery holder removed and installing new batteries, opening the safe was easy. Programming my own code is simple and easy; however, the five seconds time allotted seems to pass rather fast. I was a little skeptical if two cubic feet was going to be large enough to secure all the items I wanted to store but am pleasantly surprised that all my items fit, and I still have lots of room for additional items. A few of the disclaimers on storing pearls, negatives and floppy disks prompts me to do a little research on items such as SD cards and flash drives.

We like the safe very much and it will serve us very well. However I have one very big complaint. THE accessories are way over priced. This is leading us not to buy any. And would not recommend anyone to buy any Accessories For that reason. Sorry just my opinion.

Size is great. Easy to add user codes. There is one issue to be aware of: you have to gently hold the handle UP while entering the access code to activate the lock. This is an issue for users who are not aware. Finally, the handle is plastic and I don't know how it will survive a fire.

It’s a good safe for the money, other safes of the same size cost considerably more, weighed more and appeared to more secure. Fire rating were about the same. I needed an affordable safe that I could easily move around if needed. Others were just to heavy. I don’t like the fact that you cannot delete factory combination, but you can add 2 additional combinations of your own. I didn’t like that it only came with 2 mounting bolts/screws. I think it would more secure if 4 bolts/screws were used to secure to the floor. When drilling the holes on the bottom for mounting the bolts/screws, I was surprised how easy it was. Made me question the integrity of the safe. Also while drilling the hole for the front mounting bolt/screw, there is a factory indention to mark where to drill. It was way off center of the raised footing, (the rear one was dead center) I thought someone missed the center, but in fact I believe it was meant to be off center as when drilled in the middle I partially drilled through the inner part of the door. My mistake but no integrity issue with the door. The interior is just plastic with 2 adjustable shelves, but ok for my purpose Adding 2 additional combinations was relatively easy, just follow the direction closely.

Pretty easy, pretty quick delivery, and a nice product. Just two "dings" though. 1) Communication on delivery was very poor, with the delivery showing up differently than two recent communications from the delivery company, and 2) like many other reviewers, the product arrived with a dent, although not big enough to hassle with a return.

Replaced my previous Sentry safe we had for twenty one years. The new electronic safe was easy to set up if you follow the manual instructions. Once we had safe in its location, it took about 12 minutes to set up.

I love my safe. My only complaint is that it indicates it should have internal lights but it does not. Can that still be corrected? I would be very thrilled if the company can take of this. Thanks!

A hulking safe that nobody is about to mess with. It’s too heavy to carry, impossible to pry open, and has enough compartmentalized space internally to keep all your valuables organized and easy to see.

The safe was suitable for my purpose. Defective battery holder caused problems with getting the safe to open. A small piece of aluminum foil was used to make the battery make contact and work. I hope the replacement holder will be satisfactory.

Spacious. Negative says not water proof once you bolt dow, You have to drill through safe bottom into sage to get holes. Also description where I purchased said it had a light. This model does not have a light. Just use a stick on LED light.
