This is the first safe I have purchased in my 65 years and I believe it will be the last. Absolutely perfect and fit my budget.

I received a new safe this week. The safe came out of the box with 5 dents. I need a replacement safe sent to me.

I like this safe because it's just the right for all my important papers. I just wish it had a backup key to open the safe.

Seems to be a good safe but had a large dent in the side. Interior was ok so I decided it would be more trouble to replace it since it weighs a ton.

Called customer service. Defective safe had to return it back to the store It was such a huge inconvenience and I hurt myself in the process

While the overall construction of the safe seems good, the handle is of low quality. It pulls right out of the unit.

Seems like a decent safe...except for the handle. It bends when locking and unlocking. I do not have a good feeling about it.
