I was able to get it in place with no issues. Lots of room inside and fairly easy to bolt to the floor. I like the fact it was fire and water proof and the accessories you have for it.

I have to enter the code multiple times to get it open. I am going to call Sentry to see what can be done about it. Nervous I may be stuck with it and just have to fight to get it open

I love the safe, size, the compartments, secure but I have reprogrammed it a few times because it keeps malfunctioning when I try to open. At times it won’t even open with the manufacturers code. A little frustrating

I realize this is very heavy but my safe had dents in almost all the corners. I presume is was the shipping company. I didn’t return it because the door closed and locked.

This safe looks great and operates flawlessly I really have no complaints except this particular model does not have an interior light. All mechanical operations work very well and plenty of room for all of my valuables

1st one came and was damaged. Called Sentry safe and after a few attempts got it resolved with Sentry Safe sending another one which I might add had no issues at all. Works perfect.

I love this safe for its size, ease of use and the feeling of security it offers for my precious possessions. It is also sleek and modern looking which presents itself as a formidable deterrent to a potential thief.

This is a good product and good value, only except the cheap plastic handle they used. Everytime you turn it and pull to open the safe you would be scared that it may just break or come off. And that's exactly what happened after just one week/few time use. Disappointed. I liked the safe but the inferior handle broke the deal.

So far so good. Works as expected. It was really heavy getting it up the stairs, but now that it's set, the heaviness is an advantage for any grab and go thief. Takes at least to grown people to move and that's assuming they can get it unbolted from the floor (instructions and part included with the safe). Since receiving this purchase, I have more peace of mind.
