So far very nice. The size is perfect for my needs, and I like the adjustable shelves. The handle seems a bit sticky when opening but I have hope that eases with a bit of usage.

This safe is the perfect size for valuable docments and other small items. It is easy to operate and very secure. Being fire and water proof make it a secure safe.

The safe was suitable for my purpose. Defective battery holder caused problems with getting the safe to open. A small piece of aluminum foil was used to make the battery make contact and work. I hope the replacement holder will be satisfactory.

Thank you for quick ship to store, which I picked up. The safe has a small dent on the top rear. It is easy to set up and operate. I am sure, it will be useful and protective in the times to come.

I have to enter the code multiple times to get it open. I am going to call Sentry to see what can be done about it. Nervous I may be stuck with it and just have to fight to get it open

I purchased this safe to protect valuable personal documents from fire and water damage. It works flawlessly. The programmable code feature was quite simple to use and set. I am very pleased with this Sentry safe.

I realize this is very heavy but my safe had dents in almost all the corners. I presume is was the shipping company. I didn’t return it because the door closed and locked.
