Thanks for sharing your thoughts regarding your recent purchase. It may help to know Charmin Ultra Soft Super Mega Rolls feature squares that are 3.92" X 4". This is the same size for all Mega Rolls. The only larger size we make is Jumbo, which is 4.2" X 4.5". These packs are usually only available through Club Stores, such as Sam's Club. Yours may have been out of Jumbo, or ordered Super Mega instead. We encourage you to talk with them about when they expect their next shipment of Ultra Soft Jumbo rolls.
