This is our family's choice for softness and absorbency. During covid, Charmin was often hard to find so we sometimes had to use other brands. Wow, could we tell the difference! Compared to the other brands we used, this one was definitely softer and more gentle, and left us feeling more clean. Five stars!

I should have listened to another reviewer who stated these rolls don't last. I received a discount on this purchase but it wasn't a bargain once I realized the truth about the rolls not being what they were advertised to be. Charmin also sheds lots of lint!

It may help to know the softness of the paper is directly related to the amount of lint, and we shut down the lines regularly to remove excess lint that may build up during the paper-making process to try and prevent this. It's disappointing your rolls weren't up to the standard our consumers love and trust, and this is not the impression we want for you. The sheets are much smaller in width. Also the paper roll seems to be larger and when you roll the necessary amount you need more rolls out. Next time I will purchase your brand.

Great toilet paper, just not from Sam's shipments

Great toilet in general but I don't know if I'd order anything like this from a Sam's again. The toilet paper or at least a few roles were shredded like a cat attacked the package before they put in the box. The plastic was ripped and the toilet paper was shredded. Haven't had time to return. I live almost an hour away. That's why I ordered but unfortunately I won't be doing that again. :(
