We have made a modification resulting in a slight decrease in the number of sheets on each roll. It’s a tough decision any time we make a change that may impact our consumers, but we're constantly looking at our products and cost of materials needed to make them so we can keep providing you the product you love at a great value. We can assure you that our Ultra Soft goes through many quality checks to ensure that you can enjoy the go. It may be helpful to know that there can be one of two causes for excessive lint. First, the softness is directly related to the amount of lint; meaning, the softer the toilet paper, the more lint there will be. The second cause is lint builds up on paper manufacturing lines. In this case, we do regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to remove excess lint in an attempt to reduce the chances of it happening. As well, we'd like to mention that this scalloped perforation is something that we're testing in select packs of our Ultra Soft, and isn't a permanent change.
