It does what it's supposed to. Pros - it locks and it's fire rated. -Pretty decent amount of storage space inside. Keypad is really well set up. Cons - Not waterproof once anchored. -Locking mechanism feels cheap -It comes with a single shelf. If you want more, you have to buy them. Seriously include a few more shelves!

I think the safe is good, it is a lot heavy than i thought it would be so I will need to set something up for final placement. One concern I do have is what is something goes wrong with the electronic opening handle? I was just thinking down the road and its a day before i fly somewhere and i go to open it up and it has malfunctioned? how would I ever get into it??

I didn't notice it did not have another option of being able to unlock the safe. Shelf isn't much use because of the size of the safe.

A gift for my daughter. Great home safe to keep valuables and documents protected. Generous space inside and the key pad works well.

The safe has served its purpose and when I had a problem, the customer service personnel I spoke to was wonderful and helped me to navigate through the issues.

When working finances, it is so convenient to open and get what you need then replace so nothing is left out. Love it. Secure and a time saver. Would recommend the push button combo with the back-up key.

I bought and was delivery before time scheduled. I called a friend to help me on move it. It was not difficult, and kind of light heavy. Secret number is easy to setup another secret number.

This safe box is good size for home and strong BUT It doesn’t allow you to change the password and have your own password as a security. I don’t feel good other people such as Compani as producer has my safety password

This safe has the capacity to hold all documents, jewelry, and computer backup media that we require, with room to spare. It was very easy to set up and has worked flawlessly for us. It only came with one drawer so I have ordered a second.
