The Alexa feature on the TV is very helpful, especially when we forget where we placed the remote and want to turn the TV off or adjust the volume. One minor problem is the rainbow lines/ reflection when the lights in our kitchen (when faces the TV) are switched on. For us, this is a rare issue since we usually watch TV with lights off. We placed the TV using the stand (not wall mounted), and have had no issues with it. The TV volume is very good. We also like the different brightness modes (Dynamic, Natural, Movie maker, etc) and also the fact that we can set a minimum brightness. The TV also has multiple HMDI ports. We have used this a few times, and it works very smooth.

WE have had this T.V. for about 5 months now. The first movie that we watched on it was Top Gun: Maverick and it was amazing to watch the movie on this amazing Samsung Neo QLED 4K Smart T.V.! I would recommend this T.V. to anyone! Setup was easy peasy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with my Samsung TV. I bought a 75 inch for my home in Phoenix. I liked it so well that when I came back to Eastern Washington I bought a 65 inch for that house. Both of these TV's are the same model except for the size. These TVs are not an OLED TV but I don't think I can really tell the difference that well between them. These are very very nice TVs with an awesome picture. Being very thin and semi lightweight assembly is very easy. I am very happy with my purchases of both of my Samsung TV's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the TV, image quality is great. The UI is adequate, most large apps are on it. It does have issues with HBO operating consistently. Also I can cast from my phone, but would be nice if it just worked with crome cast applications

I bought this unit this year and am extremely pleased with it performance. The picture is magnificent. There are two features that I find below par. First, the sound out of the TV is not that good second, the remote control is highly inadequate. When doing a lot of streaming it is very cumbersome moving around through the apps.

Other than being about a 30 seconds delay from my cable, it's amazing. Quality of the streaming is top notch. I feel like full use of the specs is being utilized with streaming. Netflix, YouTube, mlb apps, hbo max, are just a few of the other apps I've used. I recommend paying up on your Netflix account with this TV as wow, the quality feels like a movie theater! The sound with the TV audio, not even a stereo is better than my last setup with a stereo, not kidding! Love this TV

I had LG 75 inch tv before and I can clearly see the big difference.
