[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the TV at Brandsmart which was a great start for price. The picture is crisp and the TV overall very quick. The user interface is a breeze and setting up was painless (other than hanging on the wall bc it's massive but not too heavy). Solar powered remote is great and also cool is support. Worst case, Samsung can log into the TVs operating system and see what's going on. A few times an app would not work. Simple fix. Power off the TV and let it reload. Rarely happens. I'll purchase more Samsung TVs when the time comes.

So extremely happy with this tv, love the features of apps and the ease of use. Dual screen capability is very cool. The sound is good don't need extra speakers as I had originally planned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was SOOOO HAPPY to be selected for this Campaign. My older 55" was acting up. The difference between these two TV's are night and day. The color JUMPS off the screen at you and I am so impressed with the SOUND!!! When that BASS kicked in while watching a movie I just started giggling. I also love the Built-in Alexa feature. Alexa, go to Netflix. Alexa, what's the weather... Alexa, make an announcement. Such a cool feature. The tiny bezel makes almost every inch of this tv viewable. I'm just in awe of this whole tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical when I first purchase this TV, at the showroom floor it looked Perfect, I was afraid that the showroom, would not be my bedroom, but to my surprise..the quality was outstanding..I love this TV, I don't even watch the 65" in in my living room that much anymore because the quality between the two is quite a bit different...my next Tv will be the same as this one but in a 75"..KKuydos Samsung..you always life up to your descriptions...love them..(I have 3 Samsung TV's)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has everything I need and wanted to have in a TV. I was debating between Samsung Neo QLED 4k and LG C1 for a while and Samsung hands down has better technology than LG. Colors are great and you can see clear during day or night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have our Samsung TV in our family room - positioned above our fireplace. We replaced our original TV because the sound was so bad. When we saw the Samsung we fell in love with the clarity and crispness of the picture. It was unbelievable and far outweighed any of the competitors. The price was also within our budget. We use the TV mostly for watching TV and streaming movies. The features I like the most are 1) The remote and how it so easily changes sources and offers and easily controls all of our apps. 2) The way the TV can change source on its own when, for example, a DVD player is turned on. 3) The ease of initial setup and the intuitive nature of the settings menu. 4) The ease of turning on/off subtitles. 5) THE SOUND! The sound is far better than any of our other TVs - and we are not using a sound bar.
