I am an against the grain shaver, and this razor went smoothly over my face with out a snag. Most razor i have to go over some spots twice, however this razor and blade combo saved me time as it did it all in 1 pass. I will definitely look for the refills at the store and purchase them. Excellent product and will recommend to others.

The Fusion ProGlide with FlexBall handle scored very well with me and more importantly with my wife. I tried the razor both after showering (my preferred) and not and both ways it performed admirably. I wasn't sure what to make of the rotating ball, uncertain if that would help, but something did. I'm a regular user of the basic Mach III and have also used the vibrating handle version and this is the closest shave yet. This also amounts to more time between shaves, which is great. I also really like the touch-up blade on the reverse side. It's great for under your nose and for trimming sideburns. My wife was impressed and so am I.

I got the new Gillette fusion proglide from a program ran by Gillette. This is one of the best manual razors I've ever used. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a soft smooth shave. The new advanced.and thinner blades makes manual shaving pain free. This razor is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The razor was like none I had seen. The handle was easy to grasp. The razors were just enough. I tried it with soap first and it glided across my shave area. I was impressed. It was a clean shave. Try it the razor is very good.

I used King Gillette's new Trac II blades in 1968 when twice a week was too often. Switched to Pro Glide in 2010 when I met my fiancee & had to shave twice a day when we were going out for a date after work. What a shave! Had winter beards shaved off with a straight-edge blade by my barber back-in-the-day. Pro Glide is AWESOME against the grain. Soon I'll investigate your trimming razor for my thick mustache. Rock on Gillette! My only issue is rinsing the razor more often; that's O.K.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I thought of when I saw the razor with the ball thing is the vacuum with the ball thing. Wasn't sure it would make that much of a difference and thought it might just be "gimmicky". My bad... The flexball makes a difference. Good pivot/swivel action. The razor gave me a close shave but not too close so it didn't feel like my face was peeling off. I used it with the sensitive shave gel. A little tingly from the 2-in-1 gel but that was to be expected. First time was great...will update with further use.

I have used Match 3 turbo for more than a decade and I was always happy. I bought this new proGlide model and I am extremely disappointed. It's not sharp and blades don't catch hairs efficiently maybe because blades are too close to each other and lots of hair sticks in between. None of these happened to me before while using Match3 turbo!!! It's a painful, full of effort and time consuming experience and it cuts my face frequently because i have to put lots of pressure on it. The rotating gimmick is useless too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. I've used Gilette razors before -- even an earlier version of the Fusion, but this blade is a whole new ballgame. The swiveling head stays close and allows for a tight shave without any burn. I also found earlier versions (admittedly, a few years ago) to have a tendency to clog up, become difficult to clear and to thus only offer a spotty shave. Not this version. It rinses clean (maybe because I was also using the great Gilette gel -- Alpine Clean) and has held it's edge for over a week now. I'm still smooth as glass well into the afternoon.
