The fusion proglide before flex ball was the best and this one functions just about the same. It's not exponentially improved or better it's just a new version of the same thing. Still a great product that I recommend if you don't already have a pro glide handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the package this shaver looks awesome! My first shave was a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it it was the best shave I've had in a long time. I'm not 100% sold on the swivel head yet but it beats my previous shavers.

The flexball technology helps the blades guide to ever angle of your face. The blades stay sharp and cut with ease. On top of all this you get the Gillette quality that you expect with the great name. I recommend this to anyone looking for a new razor. Even if you aren't, I recommend that you try it and I bet you will switch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical when i first got this razor...i probably wouldnt have bought it but I had gotten it from Gillette for free so i figured why not give it a whirl..I normally shy away from razors with all the tricks and gadgets such as vibrating and etc. This razor is almost on a hinge with a ball so it not only goes up and down but also side to side a little...i thought that may cause extra cuts but ill have to say...ive used the razor 3 times now, no cuts, no razor burn, no pulling, no ingrown hairs or irritation either...I am concerned about the price of the refills but according to the math, they say you can have the razor for $1 a week, so the razor should last around 4 weeks, at about 3 shaves a week, so time will tell on that part. But this razor has changed my mind on bells and whistles...ill be keeping this for a long time. good all around razor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i did not know what to expect, but this is hands down the best shave I have ever. Smooth and the track ball actually did make a difference. The obvious close shave lasted the entire day. I noticed the lack of stubble I have grown accustomed too at the end of the work day. The shaver feels great in your hand. The weight helps keep the ball flush with your face. Excellent detail! Certainly worth a try at your next re-stock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flexball makes the razor a bit top heavy vs prior versions of the Fusion, so if you like a heavier feel, this will suit you. I wasn't quite convinced the flexball provided a closer shave, as by end of day, I felt I had a heavier "5 o'clock shadow" than with my other razors with the same blades. Also, curved areas of the face felt neglected by end of day.

I have been shaving my head for about six years. The ProGlide Silver is the most outstanding razor I have ever used. I have used the Fusion razor for several years but this razor is sooo smooth. I don't get nicks or cuts anymore. I also get the best shave ever. Hooray for Gillette!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of the ProGlide razor for a long time. One razor blade lasts me half a year (I only shave twice a week, admittedly). And it does a great job compared to the disposable razors. For somebody like me who only shaves rarely it's surely worth having a nice razor like this given how long it lasts; who cares if it costs more if I only need to buy two a year?? Plus the proglide handle feels much nicer than those disposable ones. I can't say I see the point of the flexball part, but at least it doesn't detract.

It was a painless shave and I'm now clean shaven. I have used a ProGlide before and have also been really impressed at how long the blades last.
