[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually did enjoy using the Gillette Fusion ProGlide with Flexball after I recieved it. The razor made it easy to shave fast without having to contort my face to reach certain hairs. It stayed sharp for a good 15 shaves and as long as my face was softened with hot water, the last shave was as good as the first!

Gillette Fusion has always been my choice of shaver for some time now. I can always depend on a smooth shave with no cuts or hair resistance with this product and it has gotten even better with the flexball. The Flexball helps a little more with maneuverability and goes with your facial structure enabling less tug and pull. I recommend Gillette above all for these reasons and more.

I shave every few days, and still, that blade and using the flexball handle is going great. Since first using it, I have recommended it to many friends, highlighting the fact that it curves to your face. I have a round face, so it definitely helps, but even for those more chiseled faces, it would certainly help!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor and 2 & 1 Shaving Gel yesterday. Tried it out this morning, tested the gel first for smell, it was a good aroma for me. The feel of the gel on my face was cool and relaxing. The Fusion ProGlide Razor gave me a very smooth shave and worked wonderfully around my chin, cheek and nose area and especially the neck. I highly recommend this razor to family and friends especially how well it glides around your face for a quick and easy shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a loyal customer to the Gillette brand for many years now. I was excited when I saw that they were releasing another iteration of their fantastic Mach razor line. I've been purchasing the vibrating power pro for some time now and I was looking forward to trying a new take on the traditional razor head I'd grown used to. Unfortunately, it's wholly extraneous and unneeded. The swivel head makes it very difficult to do any kinds of precision work with the main face of the blade, something I commonly do. I feel forced to flip the razor around and use the single-bladed precision blade that I just don't feel stays as sharp and therefore can't get as precise of a shave as the front and the 6 blades can. I will not be purchasing the razors with the flexball handle technology when they are released into stores.

I shaved with it this morning and I was impressed with how easily the razor glided and followed the couture of my face because of the FlexBall Technology. I was surprised what a smooth shave the Fusion ProGlide gave me. I will be using this razor again going to see how long one blade lasts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have suffered from Pseudofolliculitis barbae (aka, severe razor bumps) for the past 15 years. After years of trying different shaving methods, I finally determined I can keep it under control by only shaving once every couple days. As a tax CPA in public practice, this can be an issue if I appear disheveled when meeting with clients. A couple years back I started using a Schick Hydro and found it gave me a very close shave. I liked that you can flip up the top portion to use the top blade as a straight-edge, but have found the moisturizing strip to not work as well as it did several years back. As part of a promotion sponsored by Gillette, I've been using the Gillette Fusion Proglide with Flexball Technology for the past week. I was tentative to try something new, but wanted to give it a fair shake. I can honestly say I like the Gillette Fusion even better than the Hydro. I thought I would miss the Hydro, I find the thinner blades of the Fusions shave with less friction (see blade comparison in the picture). I can go a couple days without shaving, and though I of course have stubble, I do not look visibly unshaven. The Gillette Fusion Proglide 2-in-1 Shave Gel + Skin Care has also been enjoyable to use. I shave in the shower and I appreciate that the nozzle stays clean and the canister doesn’t rust. The gel itself also has a slight cooling feel that I like. All in all, I’m very happy I was introduced to the Gillette Fusion Proglide shaving system and plan to use it into the future.

About a year ago I made the switch from these reusable razors to straight-razor shaving for several reasons. It's much more cost effective, it's much better for your skin, I like the morning ritual of taking care of my face, and it feels good to have such an old-world skill. I had been growing my beard out when my Gillette Fusion Proglide arrived, so I started with a clean canvas. I did everything the same as I always do, I trimmed down my beard with clippers, used my pre-shave lotion and lathered up with soap and a badger brush. Having previously used these Gillette razors, I knew what to expect. There was some tug, as always, because my beard is pretty thick. The Flex Ball worked as intended, as the razor got into all the tricky areas. One thing I've always disliked about these razors, though, is the head is so big that at times I can't see what/where I'm shaving. It makes it really hard to do any precision cleanup if you're doing sideburns or a goatee or anything. The lubricating strip was nice, but like always after the first shave it's already spent and dried up. I finished the shave nick-free, which is always a plus. No redness or skin irritation, so I was pleased in that aspect. Bottom line, this is a really good razor for guys with thin beards that just want to quickly shave their whole face without a lot of discomfort. The biggest complaint, as always, is how much you will spend on replacement blades.

But the cost of replacement blades will stop me from continuing use of this product. Maybe if Gillete offered coupons I would continue using but I feel that for the cost out ways the quality of the blades.
