I was not pleased with this K-cup. The flavor was bitter, what I can only describe as "woody." I had a very difficult time getting the aftertaste out of my mouth. Even after brushing my teeth, I could still almost taste it. I was thankful this k-cup was part of a sampler, and we only have a couple more. I won't be drinking them.

Unimpressed with flavor and aroma. Biggest problem was clogging of Keurig brewer. Had to clear blockage nearly every day. Seemed to maybe be due to the grind of the coffee. Did not have this problem before or after using the Newman brand. Will not buy again.

I'll put it right out front that I like my coffee fairly mild. I drink it for flavour, not to wake up or anything like that. If given a choice, I'll generally choose house blend or something mild at a coffee shop. That said, much like many other reviews, one of this flavour came with the K-cup machine I got as a present. As always, I tried a sip of it prior to sugar/cream, just to see what it's like naturally. It was, in essence, the equivalent of licking a battery post. So ridiculously acidic tasting was that first sip, that it took a LOT of sugar and creamer (flavoured creamer) to make it drinkable, since hey... why waste it when you can just cover up the taste. Long story short, instead of buying a bag or box of this flavour, I'd probably just buy a 9-volt battery to lick instead. Probably cheaper in the long run before the battery dies. But seriously, it LITERALLY tasted like I had licked a battery. HOW in the world this is one of the highest rated coffees here, I'll never know. But again, I tend to avoid the 'bold' coffees, never mind extra bold. People who prefer that are a bit... special in my eyes.

If you like bold and bitter coffee i guess this is for you. Honestly I like a smooth light-medium roast but i got this w/ our keurig neither me or my husband liked it. It had a very unpleasant taste and smell but it was stong so if thats all you like go for it. But to us it tasted like cig ashes in a cup. Glad we didn't buy ourselves and we wont.

We first tried this because we had just run out of the cups that came with our brewer, and it was time for something new. This blend happened to be on sale at the store, so we picked it up. I love the flavor - we use it to brew the regular size cup of coffee (we have the B70 or something that offers 5 cup sizes), and it's a perfect balance. Strong coffee flavor, but not too bitter or overpowering. This is our new stand-by!

This is coffee at its best. I love the fact that it is organic, that there have been conscious efforts to care for the health of the consumer, the environment, and still allow folks to make a living. The bonus to all of the above is the coffee is about as perfect as coffee can get. It's a coffee that you won't get tired of. While I'm not easy to please, I am totally pleased with this coffee.

I thought Newman's Own coffee would refelect to the smoothness of Paul Newman, but I was mistaken. It tends toward the harsh bitterness of Newman from 'Seinfeld'. Not very palatable at all. I am glad I purchased trial packages so that I only had the one cup of this blend to contend with.

I cannot understand why Keurig charges a higher price as a member when the same 80 cup box is less expensive at warehouse stores. I would prefer to purchase here but with shipping it is too expensive. I do not know where else to go to answer this question. Thank you

We tried this Newman's flavor and was very surprised by it's wonder taste and aroma. Very smooth and flavorful. Don't let the word organic fool you. No bitternes or funny after taste. I've tried about 7 different flavors so far and this is far the best.

I Have literally tried every regular coffee from keriug and by FAR Newmans Own WINS hands down!! Every other coffee is amiss for one reason or another, but Newmans Organic had it ALL! UNREAL!! I never thought that perfect cup was possible..... but it EXISTS !!!! Try it and see
