The K-cups explode and the grounds are all over the top of the K-cup. I wish I could return the wole box but will never buy again.

My wife prefers Dunkin Donuts Coffee best over all. This "Newman's Robust" tastes like Starbucks. For the user who likes Starbucks (straight coffee - unflavored) this is a match - for us, it tastes like ground dirt. With that said, I am Cajun and like my chicory Cajun coffee.

The first time I tried this coffee, I thought it was a bit too strong. Then I decided to try brewing it with the next-larger size on the Keurig brewer (the "large mug" size instead of the "normal mug" size), and it came out perfectly. I now drink this every morning. It is perfect and delicious every time! Highly recommended!

I received a sample of this when I received my brewer. I had never tried this brand of coffee before and I was pleasantly surprised. It has great flavor and is not bitter. I would not call it "extra bold", but it is a great medium roast coffee. It just has great coffee flavor without a bad or strong after taste. I will be purchasing some more of this and probably trying the decaf in this brand as well.

I am not a one-coffee kind of a guy. Sometimes I like a dark roast, sometimes a flavored coffee, but not all the time. I can drink this coffee all day long. It's satisfying and flavorful without being overpowering. I keep buying this one over and over.

I LOVED the original version of this, the one that had the dark reddish brown package lid. Recently they changed the lid color to this mustard yellow. Actually what they did was reverse the colors on the lid. When they did this they also changed the blend inside. It went from my go to coffee, always having it on hand, to pitching what I had left. I tried to like this. I thought something changed with my taster but my husband doesn't like this version either. This blend has a bitter bite to it that leaves an aftertaste. I'm still looking for my perfect go to coffee.

Coffee has to be perfect or I will not like it. I have drank coffee everyday for the past 15 years of my life. From the beginning I only like "good" or higher grade coffee. I stumbled across this coffee and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this coffee. It is perfect for everyday and for entertaining. I have tried many others and this remains my go to coffee when others fails to satisfy.

If you like bold and bitter coffee i guess this is for you. Honestly I like a smooth light-medium roast but i got this w/ our keurig neither me or my husband liked it. It had a very unpleasant taste and smell but it was stong so if thats all you like go for it. But to us it tasted like cig ashes in a cup. Glad we didn't buy ourselves and we wont.

My wife and I are fortunate to be inducted into the world of Keurig. We recently purchased the B70 Platinum Keurig and Newman's Own was on of the trial boxes that came with the Keurig. We absolutely love the smooth and bold taste the Newman's Own provides. The Keurig is a great coffee maker and we can't wait to purchase more Newman K-Cups.

This, as many other reviewers have said, USED to be my favorite (with a passion) coffee. It was full of flavor, without being thick-tasting or heavy or bitter. Gradually it changed. I don't know the "story" of its demise, but what I have noted is that the name "extra bold" seems to mean nothing any more. I have ordered extra bold only to get NOT extra bold (not noted on the box or pods)... sent it back, to receive a replacement of Kcups that said extra bold on the box, but not on the pods. Same watered-down taste. Newman's had a good thing, why did they ruin it?
