Purchased this for a Christmas gift and it was delivered on my front porch in its original packaging. This item needs to be placed in a box. It sat on my porch all day while I was at work fully visible to anyone passing my home. Extremely disappointed!

This is a glorified blender. It doesn't actually make ice cream. You have to make it and then freeze it for 24 hours before putting it into this blender. That's pointless. All the recipes in the book have you making things out of awful ingredients- so much for being healthy! Ice cream made of cream cheese, fruit punch slushies made of Kool-aid, sorbet is just frozen canned fruit. I was seriously disappointed.

I bought this thinking it would be easy to use. The canister is now stuck and I can't get it loose and there are ingredients in the base. I am just about annoyed right now. When you turn it on the light just blinks and it doesn't do anything. I am not going to send a photo because I am tired. I just got off work and tried to remove the canister again and it will just not come off.

Such a waste of money. It's SO loud, and it really was posed as some "want ice cream? make ice cream now!" device, when in reality, you need to freeze your mix well in advance. And even after you wait all that time, you'll have to blend it usually 2+ times to get a bland and icy (not in a fun way), yucky frozen version of whatever you were wanting. Our device seemed to work perfectly fine, but they definitely had us duped overall. Wouldn't recommend in the slightest, but if you're really set, check a thrift store first.

This was the best purchase I made in all of 2023! Bluebell will never get another dollar from me.
