I really like it

We have used this almost nightly since purchasing. We use it with members mark Greek yogurt and add ins (protein powder, buts, fruit,etc). I love that it can be as healthy or unhealthy as you want. Machine works like a dream. No issues. Very happy with this purchase!!

I LOVE my creami! We have made everything from protein ice cream, frappuccino, snow cones, and slushies. it truly has something for everything and it’s made quickly. my only advise is to never stop on the first spin. adjust and respin as needed for consistency!

Bought this 1 week ago and couldn't wait to use. Second time we tried to use it the paddle broke and spline holding the paddle in place was stripped and left the ice cream filled with grey powder and inedible. Waited over one hour to talk to support and spend a lot of time trying to get this replaced. The machine is poorly designed and I do not recommend this.

Machine is extremely loud and very heavy. I don’t think I’m keeping it because I have never made ice cream without there being sheets of ice around the inside of the container. Sometimes the blade doesn’t even go all the way to the bottom so I have to dig around with a butter knife add liquid and re-spin. I just can’t get over how loud it is.

The Ninja CREAMi is one of the most used appliances in my kitchen. I use it almost daily for smoothie bowls, and it’s been a game changer for making custom ice cream at home. I ordered this online. Received it , opened it and product was just sitting in box no cardboard nothing. So I knew this had been a return. I wanted to exchange it at store of course they were out. The lady behind the counter tells me since I ordered online there was nothing they could do about it. So disappointed!

I LOVE this! It’s so easy to make ice cream now! Any flavor combination I want on demand! It also makes gelato and sorbet which I am a huge fan of!! The price of this is worth it. I love that it’s small enough it can be moved around or brought to a party! It’s easy to use and easy to clean too! All the parts can go right in the dishwasher when done

I really like this machine. I use Nature Valley chocolate cookies to substitute Oreos for a better quality cookies and cream ice cream. It is super simple to use. It has so many different variations of ice cream. You can make anything from sorbet to soft serve to a thicker, scoopable ice cream. And the possibilities are really endless with what you can make. My only catch with this is the fact that you have to fill the containers, put them in the freezer for 24 to 48 hours, then you can make your ice cream. Even then, the containers are so small that it doesn't make very much. If you don't freeze at least six containers at a time, it is not enough for a full family to eat ice cream, and you'll be waiting days for everybody to be disappointed, only getting a bite or two..

This is by far the neatest kitchen toy ive ever had. I cant believe how good things turn out. I had some little cups of flavored applesauce that i used, that is life changing. And i made chocolate ice cream with coconut cream and used the lite ice cream button and its the most decadent chocolate ice cream i have ever had. Best putchase ever.
