Great playset. Put it together myself, took about 4 half days. The hardest part is digging through all the boxes and parts to find the right pieces, especially early on. If you have help I would recommend just having someone organize the pieces by letter group, this would save a lot of time. As a lot of people say pay attention to the pilot holes. My one big critique is some of the directions are dark and it's hard to see the pilot holes especially on the bigger support beams on the corners but if you look ahead (sometimes several steps) you will be able to see where they are. I too built the whole crows nest on the ground which made it more tricky to lift up onto the swings but it was better then going up and down the ladder and trying to do the rails while it was up there. All in all it's like Legos for adults and was a lot of fun to put together!

We bought this for our grandkids for their birthday. They absolutely love it! The only downfall....it says it takes 2 people 20 hours to build....maybe if you were a skilled lumberjack or contractor! It took us 10 days from beginning to end. But I’m the end it was worth it. If I had known they had a service together, I definitely would have paid the extra to do it.

Bought the playground, was delivered in about a week. Came with 4 flat boxes. Never would imagine that the whole set will fit in there. It took my husband and 1 more person 5 days to put it together ! Sometimes it was days they worked from the morning to the sunset.. it was overwhelming. But going by the book pretty easy to follow the instructions. We are planning to paint it to prolong the life of the wood. Also agree with previous review about the swings being very close and sometimes our kids bump into each other! The slide... is another minus.. it’s very cheap thing, that is made from many details. Hard to slide and Our kids already broke it a few times, the tubes that hold it falls down and not steady (it’s not heavy peace that you would see at commercial playgrounds).

We hired 2 builders to install this for us -- and they agreed that the intimidating number of pieces and hardware told the whole story: it was a beast to put together!! But it's a pretty thing, sturdy enough, with simple and lower-level fun for younger kids, high monkey bars and crow's nest for older kids -- really nice combo. Contrary to what some others have said, the monkey bars are at a great height (NOT too high), even for our 5yo (this is how they LEARN to drop safely!). We'll probably replace the wavy slide soon -- a straight slide gives a faster (and more comfortable!) run -- but it's certainly functional as is. The set needs 100% level site; no leeway in the setup. I took off one star because of two quite notable things: 1. Like so many other swingsets these days (!), the swing beam is WAY too short, putting the swings (or whatever apparatus you hang) WAY too close together; collisions guaranteed over age 5. We'll be removing the middle swing when older kids are really flying on it. 2. The wood is NOT a real cedar (Northern White cedar); it is a cypress, as is its cousin, our Western Red "cedar." It is, nonetheless, durable and naturally resistant to insects, fungus, and rot; not particularly hard -- but a good product. It is used virtually everywhere now because the tree matures VERY quickly--quick growth = quick profit, etc. All in all, it's a good set, if a little pricey. Definitely has something for everyone, all components seem trustworthy, and virtually every area is visible to a nearby adult -- and, oh, the shady picnic table underneath is excellent. --Me plus 2, 5, & 7yo grandkids.

I love this swing set and took a while and a lot of research to purchase it. I wanted monkey bars that had a separate area for them and not many sets across the different brands had that. My daughter is 5 and very active so I wanted something that she wouldn’t age out of so quickly. The playhouse fits myself, my husband and my daughter comfortably with room! I wish that the roof was more secure so that when it rains it didn’t get wet inside but that is a wish. The only 2 negatives I see with the set are the cross bar holding the swings and glider should be a little longer to give more space between each item and there should be a second ladder on the other end of the monkey bars so that if the child isn’t strong enough to swing their legs up to the playhouse at the end of doing the monkey bars they have another way to descend. I bought a trapeze to replace one of the other swings so that would be a great addition. I purchased the assembly and though I am sure you could do it yourself or hire a handyman to do it for less it was the best part of the purchase. It took 2 professionals about 18 hours to put together. Aside from those things it’s a great set that I am happy to have purchased!

Awesome swing set. My sons love it; they are 5 and 4 yrs old. Since I am working full time, I spent less than 4 hours for 5 days and 2 full days weekend to complete it by myself. It's not too hard to build. I agree with someone mentioned that wood is little bit cheap quality, and swings are pretty close each other. Also, you can purchase sand for the sand box. Kids spend their time all day with the swing set. So far, I am extremely satisfied with the purchase.

I read a lot of reviews before choosing this swingset. I am so glad I waited for it to come back in stock. My son is 3 and loves everything about it. He plays on it for hours and love eating snacks at the picnic table. Assembly wasn’t bad. It did take about 20 hours total. We sorted all the pieces and put the hardware in numerical order. It helped to have one person in charge of getting the next step ready. The wood was all in good condition. We had a few spots that the stain was rubbed off and needed a touch up but the customer service has been amazing. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend to everyone.

This is a great play set. Boxes are organized and comes with an app to help. My husband put this up BY HIMSELF. One person. And he completed it in one week. Said Hallelujah when it was done lol (side note, he works full time and worked on this in his free time. 2 guys or more and it would be done in a weekend) Watch youtube videos for tips

This swing set is perfect for our 3 and 5 year old. So far it seems very durable and it’s beautiful to look at! We have only had it for about 2 weeks. The only downfall was that some pieces came damaged or missing, but they were easy to work with when getting new ones. The other disappointment is that you are required to stain the whole set after it is assembled. Besides these two negatives, it’s a great swing set!!!

I wanted to love this product so much. But I’m SO disappointed to report that after less than a month of use, the screws that hold the flooring are literally all breaking. Just tonight I pulled out over ten screws that were popping up and could seriously injure a child. Replacing the screws isn’t even an option because they’re literally broken with the tips remaining in the boards. My husband did and amazing job building it over the course of a long weekend, he estimates 24 hours, alone! It looks beautiful from a distance but it makes me sick to think 1. The money we invested thinking this would be a long lasting swing set is blown and 2. The hours he spent in it, what a waste. I won’t have him waste another minute trying to fix it. There are boards that are already warping too- on the top of the picnic table and on the top viewing deck. Such a disappointing purchase. We should have gone with the Gorilla Playset that we’ve had in the past and held up amazingly.
