Shipping was faster than expected. They sent an email 4 days after it shipped with all of the requirements prior to installation. It’s a lengthy list that cost us $2500 to do and should be provided prior to purchasing. The freight company (Estes) left the 800lbs pallet halfway in the street even though i was there and asked for it to be moved onto the property. The installation was fantastic!!! John exceeded all of our expectations and the swing set looks great!

Love the Skyfort 2. I purchased this for my grandsons and my son put it together by himself with no help. It took a full weekend and one other day to finish. On a scale from 1 to 5 with 5 being the most difficult, he rated it a 4 on ease to assemble. Said an extra person wouldn't have made it easier but would have made it quicker to finish. It's very sturdy and the boys love it, they are ages 2 and 6. The only disappointing thing for me is the size. It's smaller than what it appears in the picture. Before he began assembly, he laid everything out, took an inventory, read the reviews, and watched the video. That helped a lot.

Just finished putting this playset together. It took what seemed like forever but was probably the majority of three full days. The instructions were not great, the labeling on the lumber was barely visible and we were missing some hardware. The wood is already splintering. My 4 year old was ecstatic so it made it all worth it.

Bought the skyfort ii + assembly by GOConfigure. Excellent product and builder did a great job! 6 year old son absolutely loves it. 4 big boxes arrived promptly and delivery team kindly placed them in my garage. GoConfigure had to reschedule twice but was worth the wait because Anthony did a pro job. He builds these all the time and took him less than 8 hours. Finished product is great and we are happy. Wood is very lightweight but sturdy. Wood is pre stained but we will be putting another coat to get the most out of it for years to come. Builder told us that it is covered under warranty for 18 months. Any piece breaks they will send replacement and he will install it. I really hope that is true because that sounds great!

This was the perfect addition to our backyard ! It’s well built , beautiful and functional for the kiddos . We love it they love and we appreciate the thought and craftsmanship that went into it . I’ll be making more purchases from backyard discovery in the future .

Awesome set, my 5 year old grandson loves it and so do his friends. No missing pieces, all wood and screws were there. I paid for the assembly and it was professionally completed in one day. Two boards were cracked while being installed by paid installer and we will be sending photos today to Backyard Discovery asking for replacements. Will let you know how well they handle that with an update later.

Perfect. All the boards, nuts and bolts were a little overwhelming at first until I realized how well labeled each piece was. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow along one page at a time. Finding the hardware required for each page was very time consuming so I laid the hardware out and sorted by page. I put the hardware for each page in a sandwich bag and wrote the page number on the bag. That saved a lot of time. Double check the location of pilot holes as assembling. Grandkids will enjoy this for years.

We bought the SkyFort II about a month ago, and our kids absolutely love it, rain or shine my kids are on it! We loved a few different sets from this site but ultimately chose the sky fort II because of the features it had. Our kids ages are 9m, 2y, 6y, 9y and 11y and there is something for all of them with this model. Shipment was fast and delivered right in our driveway, it came in 4 separate boxes with all of the parts labeled and easy to find. Total installation was approximately 14 hours for my husband and I, simple and self explanatory; easy to read instructions. I would recommend this to anyone. My advice to those buying this set: keep everything from the numbered boxes together in piles as the instructions reference the boxes they come in.

Absolutely love this set! Watching my kids and all their friends playing makes my heart so happy! Kids from 5-12 all playing and laughing together. If you’re worried your kids are too old, they aren’t. Get it! It took us about 30 hours to assemble, but so worth it. Great detailed instructions!!! Just buy it!!!

We're so glad we picked this swing set! We're very impressed with the quality of the materials and our kid is smitten. We're just happy to see him have such an awesome space of his own that beckons him to play outside. We have woods so we did do some grading and installed a platform for soft ground.
