We love our new Skyfort II - there are lots of fun features (our 3yo has created a circuit/ obstacle course because of so many options) and it is a handsome edition to our backyard! I recommend using the app for assembly - it makes it easier to see the correct placement of boards for predrilled holes (position matters!!) and for part numbers (vs. screw/bolt sizes).

So purchased this for 2 kids one 6 yr old and one 9 yr old, was delivered within 2.5 weeks from purchase and waited another 3 weeks for the assembly (which I highly recommend) it took 3 men 8 hours to build it. They damaged several pieces during the install, and a few others were of substandard quality during the install. It's already been 2 weeks and they have to ship me the replacement pieces and then reschedule a team to come out to re-intall them. Meanwhile they tell you that you have 30 days to put a weather coating on it to have a warranty mine will be past this as I'm still waiting on these parts, also as my kids climb up the ladder and play in the house and swing it sounds as if its cracking in several places. Not sure I would recommend this, but I will say the install team was great, the company kept us informed every step of the way from days after our purchase to shipment to install it's just the quality that I don't trust yet.

Purchased it about 3weeks ago for My kids as a birthday gift! It arrived 1week before the date given to us! Good:came earlier then expected Bad: they let me know one day before it arrived it was going to be delivered and be left in front of the house husband had to leave early to take it to back yard. My husband installed it! It looks great! Kids love it! Only thing bad about it which is nothing major but the microscope keeps falling since we first got it and it came broken. Was cheaply made. Other then that it’s great! Would post a picture but keeps saying error

We purchased this for our 2 kids, ages 2.5 and 6. They both love the set, and I feel like they are the perfect ages to enjoy it all. My husband (a builder) put it together in 14 hours by himself. 8 hours the first day, and 6 the second. I can imagine if you do not have any building experience it could take twice as long. I did not like the strong cedar smell, but remember, this is Chinese fir, which is much more aromatic than domestic cedar. It went away almost completely by day 2. We didn't have any damaged pieces, and everything went together fine. We modified the monkey bars, though, as it was a danger to both of our kids. They are way too high and the opening was an accident waiting to happen for my 2 year old. My husband cut them down to the deck height so our 6 year old can reach by himself, and installed it next to the ladder. We put another slide in the opening where the monkey bars were. Perfect! We did not seal it - we will wait to put a dark stain on it next year that will just act the same way. Overall, a great buy for the price we paid my kids will get a lot of use out of it!

Excellent product and I highly recommend it for anyone with kids that love to play outside. We purchased it for our grandkids and they use it everyday that they can. Any problems with anything??? There customer service is phenomenal!! Highly recommend this Company!

This is a very nice play set. The directions lack a little on detail and you need at the very least two people. Not so much that anything is heavy but just to help keep parts coming and double checking your placement. Trust me there are a LOT of parts. If you have someone to keep the sections in order and ready when needed the project goes a lot faster, but still plan for two FULL days at a minimum.

I am so happy i purchased this as a house warming gift for my daughter. Everything is well marked with clear instructions-not as overwhelming a project as some make it sound. Sort things out -have your tools ready and follow instructions and you'll have a new swingset in no time. My only complaint is the inability for the delivery men to put the 4 packages in the driveway-she lives in the country with a huge driveway and they would only put the boxes at the curb-there were only 4 boxes!? Otherwise I see many years of backyard fun for the grandchildren!

The swings are so close together only one kid can swing at a time. It is ridiculous. It is not as advertised. There is the 2 person swing snf 2 regular swings. And when your on the 2 person swing you still hit the middle swing. It is dangerous. This is why i only gave it a the rating I did. And the telescope isn't even a magnifying. It is just a looking glass.

Our kids range from 11 to almost 3. We chose this set because it was big enough for our oldest to play on, and we have been having so much fun watching them all play together on it! I highly recommend the professional installation; installers were prompt, efficient, and it was worth every penny!

This is a great set. The only reason I give it 4 stars is 1. Because it took us 4 days to put together! 2. Some of the wood was already flaking and cheap. There were so many different bags of nuts and bolts and some wood pieces were not even labeled. Also make suuuuure you watch hole placement I don't know how many times we put a board on just to take it off and flip it around! I do feel its a little cheaply made but it will work for its intentions. Looks great in the yard and our daughter loves it.
