I bought this for my grandkids to have at their home. It was a long tough put together. I had followed others instructions and took about 4 hours and counted every screw and sorted every board into piles and then labeled them "A" B etc. This certainly helped but it still was just a long put together. Some of the boards were split and missing but the company was great about sending what was missing. That is another reason it is vital to go through it before starting. It took about 10 days to get the replacement parts. We then had to get more parts that split. They are still to come. Sealing it all will be vital to preservation in our NW rain. The wood is softer and thin but seems sanded and doesn't have a weird odor of chemicals. All in all, we are pleased. The kids love the carriage part. The monkey bars are too high for our "littles" but we hung baby swings from that part anyway.

Installers were fabulous!!! Product is excellent!!! The customer service personnel from Go Configure who booked the installation were HORRIBLE. It took seven weeks, dozens of phone calls, and a request to return the $2099 product and be reimbursed for the $846 installation fee to finally get an installation date. To say I was given the "run around" is an understatement. These people did not seem truthful as they repeatedly explained how they understood my frustration and were working so hard to get through to the installers. Funny how an installation date was booked within hours of my request to return the product and be refunded the installation fee. (My credit card was charged for the product and installation on July 1, but the installation didn't take place until August 20-21. Two months of credit card interest!) The two gentlemen who came to do the installation are saving this review for the company. I am rating with five stars because of them and their excellent service. They couldn't have been any more professional, careful, and courteous with the installation. Thanks, guys!

We had this play set installed a few weeks ago and it completely transformed our backyard. The kids absolutely love playing on the playset and play dates have become so much more entertaining. Everyone wants to come over to our house to enjoy our backyard. We couldn't be happier!

While this set is great quality, the assembly process is a nightmare. The instructions are not clearly written/diagrammed and we spent a majority of our time taking apart pieces that we thought were right according to the pictures in the instructions. We ended up with holes in the floor boards that weren't supposed to be there because the instructions were so bad.

My kids are 7and5 and they absolutely love it soooooo much it does feel weak like other reviews but once together pretty solid the other thing is the screws and bolts omg soooo many bolts beat bet is leave all the wood planks in box and in the screw box got papers on each part in each box which would have made it easy but I toke all of them out but other than that can't get them off of it

I’ve been a builder for 30 years and the material is precisely manufactured and goes together well. Problems are the instructions have much to be desired and you need to think ahead so you get pieces together so the steps down the road align with predrilled holes because instructions are vague concerning this. The definition of insanity rule comes into play on their packaging. You will need to go through boxes many times to find all the parts for each step. Keep packing list so you have an idea in which box the parts are scattered. Also I would definitely use gle so the It stays solid. I Hurd and used extra fasteners where needed

Bought this about 3 weeks ago but just got around to building it. Instruction need more information about where the extra holes on each board should be facing. Had to run to Lowe's and buy more 2 1/4" screws to attach the roof. Called for 14 screws and we only had 4. The t nuts often stripped out. My wife and I built it and it took up 27.5 hours.

Wood pieces are not as sturdy as other sets. Adult climbing ladder into tower seemed unstable and creaked under strain of 125 lbs. Opening where monkey bars attach to set a hazard for younger users. Dimensions of opening to slide, rockwall and crows nest very low so even 5 year old has to really duck down. Grandsons like it but won't grow with 5 year old as much as we hoped. Due to smaller beams on monkey bars, and swings will be more difficult to add on to set for features for older child.

We are very happy with the purchase of this playground. My husband was able to build it in less than 2 days with some help. Our kids and their friends are having a blast playing and the little table is so fun for outdoor meals! A few of the boards did split slightly when putting it together, but overall it’s really good quality and should provide fun for years to come :)

My husband was able to assemble mostly by himself in 3 days. Assembly was relatively smooth - some bad boards and lots of pre drilling required. Nice features overall. Disappointed how close the swings are to each other - kids will definitely be bumping each other. I wish the swing beam was higher. Good for a little one, but an older kid will want to swing higher. The ladder does not seem very sturdy. The monkey bars are surprisingly scary high. These are the kind of things I wish I had seen in person. I probably would have selected a different model. Too flimsy for an adult to sit or help a child up / on.
