So purchased this for 2 kids one 6 yr old and one 9 yr old, was delivered within 2.5 weeks from purchase and waited another 3 weeks for the assembly (which I highly recommend) it took 3 men 8 hours to build it. They damaged several pieces during the install, and a few others were of substandard quality during the install. It's already been 2 weeks and they have to ship me the replacement pieces and then reschedule a team to come out to re-intall them. Meanwhile they tell you that you have 30 days to put a weather coating on it to have a warranty mine will be past this as I'm still waiting on these parts, also as my kids climb up the ladder and play in the house and swing it sounds as if its cracking in several places. Not sure I would recommend this, but I will say the install team was great, the company kept us informed every step of the way from days after our purchase to shipment to install it's just the quality that I don't trust yet.

This play set is awesome! The construction was a big, time consuming effort, but the directions were good, and the end result is impressive. It’s actually a lot nicer than I thought it would be based on the pictures. It’s roomy inside the fort. My daughter loves the glider swing. Make sure you have all the required tools including 3/8 and 3/16 drill bits, level, etc. plus a ladder. Sorting all the pieces ahead of time makes it a lot easier to find the needed parts. The BILT app really helped with better understanding some of the steps.

Our granddaughter is really happy with this swing set. Really nice for the price. A couple of things...Lay all the pieces out in order. I did some of that, but I still spent more time looking for parts than putting it together. The wood is very soft, so be careful to not over tighten. You'll never know it. Also, if you really want to take the time, I would recommend putting a good stain/sealer on it prior to putting it together. All they do is put on a cheap water stain that will wash off pretty quickly. They also have an excellent customer service department. I called with a couple minor issues and they took care of them right away. No hassle. I assembled this by my self working 2 to 4 hours a day (Texas heat), in 4 days. It is pretty simple.

I bought this for my grandkids to have at their home. It was a long tough put together. I had followed others instructions and took about 4 hours and counted every screw and sorted every board into piles and then labeled them "A" B etc. This certainly helped but it still was just a long put together. Some of the boards were split and missing but the company was great about sending what was missing. That is another reason it is vital to go through it before starting. It took about 10 days to get the replacement parts. We then had to get more parts that split. They are still to come. Sealing it all will be vital to preservation in our NW rain. The wood is softer and thin but seems sanded and doesn't have a weird odor of chemicals. All in all, we are pleased. The kids love the carriage part. The monkey bars are too high for our "littles" but we hung baby swings from that part anyway.

Just finished putting this together with my father and friend. Took us 2.5 days. Spent hours organizing the parts in order of steps before starting construction - highly recommend doing that as the parts are all mixed up in boxes!! So far kids love it and it seems very solid and sturdy.

It's fun for the grandkids, however when putting it together some of the bolt holes didn't line up and required re-drilling. Outside of that it was easy enough to put together, their technical writer could have done a better job in writing the instruction manual. As I found it faster to jump ahead and build somethings first while assembling to Skyfort...

Bought this a week ago for my twins 5 bday (Dec 2018). Its really nice but two things. I dont like that the bumpy slide is clanky and seems to be popping towards the end. Also when girls swing on the main 2 swings, the wooden 2 x 4s is making a rubbing sound. Gor $1,500 I guess I was expecting community playground quality swingsets. But the really love the dual swing!

We bought the play set online and decided to have the installation included due to our busy work schedules. The play set arrived about a week after we purchased it. I was contacted and set up a time to have it installed the following week. On the day of the appointment I received a call that they needed to reschedule after the time they should have already been there. They did not offer any explanation as to why we were not contacted earlier or why it needed to be rescheduled. We were not happy as we had already made arrangements to be home. The installation was scheduled two more times after that. After a month of having the boxes sit in my garage it was finally installed. The installer was very polite and worked efficiently. The playground set is a big hit and my kids love it. The material is very sturdy and seems like it will last awhile. I was a little worried after reading other reviews and seeing some people received bad materials or complaining that it was cheaply made, but for our play set I couldn't disagree more. While I think the customer service department that schedules installation needs to get it together, I was very satisfied with the play set and the installer so I'm still giving it 5 stars.

This is actually the first review I've ever taken the time to give, but I am doing so because of the great experience we have had. We built a large two-tiered retaining wall on a steep slope so that we would be able to put this in our backyard. The construction on that got delayed because of weather, but I was able to talk to the delivery company of the play set (because it is a scheduled delivery) and they conveniently held on to it for a week until I was ready for it to be delivered. I also paid to have it assembled and was VERY impressed by the company that did this (reached out to me to work with my schedule since someone has to be home and were very accommodating when I had to reschedule the installation). The two guys took less than 6 hours to put it up and it would have taken me two weeks. Our son absolutely loves this and we have received many compliments from others in the neighborhood since it has been up. I would definitely recommend this play set.

It definitely took some time to put together but if you download the app it has really good pictures and details to break it down easily. My only complaint is that it would have been nice if they were boxed in order of assembly. Best to double check every box with the provided inventory sheets and layout before you start anything. Outside of that all the kids love it.
