This purchase was a little intimidating when it arrived in four large, heavy boxes. The instructions were almost entirely pictures so that was a bit of a disappointment, but it seems in this age of accommodating several languages of instructions, that is the accepted method. Regardless of the daunting task that we thought we were about to undertake, this project was both fun and educational. Our parts were all there. The hardware is heavy-duty and the brackets are made of material that you feel confident in their strength and stability. It took two (and sometimes three of) us over 40 hours to put this guy together, and the hardest part was keeping the children off the individual sections as we completed them until it was finished. I would recommend this product to anyone. The price was quite inexpensive for the quality of the product. And, the children love it. That's the true measure of this product.

We put this together this weekend. Instructions were good and it took the time recommended(except if the kid helps :) ) This is very big and you should definatley have the ground leveled if possible. My son has yet to play on it but is very excited. I did think it came with more accesories, but am very pleased noe the less

This was delivered 1 week after we ordered it! Wow!! it said like 3-4 weeks.. The delivery company was awesome! He even dropped it off in the back yard! it doesn't look like it would all make a giant playground being that it's only in 4 boxes but well see.. Its raining again today so I have to wait for a dry day to build it...pretty cool SAMs Club. Price here was definitely the best.

We bought this last month for our two kids (7 and 5) and it's great! We've had 6 friends over at once to play and there are so many options that it really is perfect!! The set up was time consuming, as expected. The only critique I have is that some of the set instructions could've been more clear, but it wasn't too hard to figure out.

We made a good selection.  Parents and kiddos are very happy with Skyfort II. We used the instruction manual along with the Bilt app when building and we had this playground up in a total of 22 hours with the help of 3 other men. I had everything sorted in letter groups then put them in sections ie: fort, crows nest, swing and monkey bars. So easy to locate the parts for each section of the playground that way and I think that's why it was built so quick. We had one peice that was split so I called Backyard Discovery and with little hold/wait time I ordered the peice along with a new telescope with no issue. Ours was warped. I had ordered through another company, an infant swing and a play phone. Both green and it matches the sets other peices. With our children who are 18mths, 4yrs, 8yrs and 11yrs, they will enjoy this set for a long time. Mom even climbs up the crows nest with them. She is 5'7 and can stand straight up deck portion of the fort. Dad is 6'3 and he stands straight up in the middle of the main fort house. Lots of room and not short or small playset. This is must!! Purchased for our toddlers (aged 1 & 3) for Christmas hoping it would grow with them for years. My husband and I assembled ourselves to save the assembly charge. There instructions were clear and’s mostly easy to follow. Many of the boards were not well marked and difficult to identify. After the first few days of assembly (we did this on combined work breaks, spending a few hours here and there), we ended up sporting the pieces by step (hardware and wood required step by step) and that made assembly slightly quicker. Some of the wood for there decking and walls warped and we had to make a few cuts to make it work. The lumber and hardware were not organized by anything other than fitting it into the boxes, so we opened it all at the onset of our assembly project. Our girls love this set and it is rated to hold people up to 150 pounds, so I feel comfortable playing with them as well. Great set, good assembly instructions, and not so great marking of lumber for identification. I would definitely purchase this again.

The build was not super hard, but it did take a while. Nothing was missing or broke in the boxes. The kids absolutely love this. My only issue, the packaging in the boxes was completely mixed up. I’d be happy to pay for the extra boxes to have all of the parts for one step in the same box. We had to completely unpack and sort everything in order to be able to funds parts for each step in the build.

This was a very time consuming project to put together which I knew because I read the reviews. It has a lot of pieces and they are not in the same boxes. I do not understand the method of madness when it comes to the packaging. The wood is cedar therefore it is expected to be soft (I seen comments that said it was cheap, not the case). This is a beautiful piece and very nice. Even though it was challenging to gather the pieces it was pretty cool to watch it all come together. You need a great deal of patience if you choose to complete this set. My kids are very happy and so am I. A great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a smaller swing set with this and are thrilled with it! Our granddaughters love it! It was not difficult to put together as it has thorough instructions. The variety of swings, the slide, the climbing wall and so much more makes it to be so fun for the grands. We love that the slide is one piece. We are very pleased with it and can't wait to have years of memories made on it!

The set is designed well. I was impressed by the precision of all of the pieces. Unfortunately, we were missing some screws and the company never sent them to us or responded to my online request. In addition, some hardware was not threaded enough to tighten them completely. I had to add a washer. Some screw heads were too small requiring the addition of a washer there as well. These are small details, but if you're selling a kit that contains "all of the parts" then it needs to CONTAIN ALL OF THE PARTS, and they must be the correct size....Who wants to run to the hardware store (again, first trip was for screws) in the middle of a project?!
