Our greyhound loves it, he always paws at beds to make them softer or just right for him and eventually ripping them. This one he does not paw at which means it should last longer. We have been buying new beds every three to four months for the last 6 years. Hopefully this lasts a year or longer.

This is a very well made bed and you can’t beat the price! I’ve seen similar pet beds start at 150.00 and up. My dog loves this bed he lays in it all the time. The only thing I don’t like about it is the color. I got the black and grey bed (which looks awesome) but my dog is white so it shows the hair but I just use my upholstery attachment and vacuum it and throw a sheet on it so it doesn’t have to be washed as much.

I bought this bed and though it was long ke the one I saw in our local Sams before Christmas. It was not. The bed is stuffed too much and the center of the bed is raised up so high it's the same height as the top of the bolsters around edge of bed. So the dog doesn't have any sides to lean against when laying in the bed. I wanted my dog to be able to have the higher bolstered side so she could lay her head in it or lean her body against it. It seemed to be well made. And was very full of cushioning materials. Again I just wanted mine to have sides that were higher than the center of the bed.

We have had several Serta dog beds, and they have all been incredible! This one is very different. The filling is really fat toward the back of the bed, and gets thinner as it moves toward the front of the bed. To make a long review short, it makes our little dogs roll of out of the bed.

Our 14 lb. pup loves this big bed, but within a week, his little body has created a "spot" on the bed. He's hardly a big dog and it's already got a sag. If he was any bigger, I would assume this bed wouldn't hold up and would show sag after a week or two.

We just had to purchase a second one of these Serta XL beds as we bought one last year & our big dogs would fight over who is going to get to lay in it. So now they each have their very own. It's so comfortable, (I kid you not), that I sit in it sometimes when I sit on the floor to watch a show. The dogs look at me like "lady get your own dog bed" (LOL) Knock on wood we have not had any problems thus far with either of the beds, & feel they are of good quality & very soft to the touch :)

The first Serta dog bed we purchased lasted for 8 years and looked amazing!! We have had this bed for a few months and it’s already flat and looks awful. We will need to find another brand of dog bed in our house, to replace the other 4 Serra’s when they die because the new ones are terrible.

This bed is super thick. Two layers of stuffing. It didn't have the solid foam base we had gotten from a Serta bed before. It was unstable for our older dog as it was tippy. Also the material on the bed was very soft and not durable. With that being said, Sam's Club did stand by the product and gave me a refund.

I purchased the bed for my rescue, 10 minutes after opening, my dog went to ball up her blanket and two long tears appeared. I have another larger Serta bed I had for my previous dog and she balls her blanket on that one and it is completely intact and still looks new.

I purchased two of these pillows in the gray and black for my two boxers (65-69lbs). Once received they appeared to be very nice and fluffy, after a week and a half there are already holes in BOTH of my new pillows, the stuffing is coming out of the pillows and I’m constantly vacuuming it up. The pillows are nice but they are NOT durability AT ALL. Very disappointed!
