This appears to be a good bed at first look, but cleaning this bed according to the directions is silly. It tells you to "Spot clean". Anyone who owns a dog knows that to keep this clean it must be washed completely. The bottom mattress is easily removable with a zipper opening, but the back rest is composed of a bunch of loose fluff material. There is a zipper to access the fluff and if you decide to remove it be ready to take it out one handful at a time and keep it in a full size trash bag or some type of container because your going to have to stuff it all back in and shape it after the wash. A dog bed needs to be machine washable and suitable for a dryer . I washed mine in the washer on delicate without removing the fluff and can tell by the fraying that cannot be a regular thing as it will not hold up. I recommend looking for a product that is easier to keep clean.

This bed is xtra plush, and she loves to cuddle against the sides. Its washable cover is great.

Thin material, bed portion is pieces of foam. Her mail went thru fabric within 20 minutes of having it.

The bed actually had too much loft making it difficult for dog with arthritis to enter and exit the bed

Our 2nd purchase and our 65lb dogs love this bed. It has supportive sides and doesn’t flatten out after years of use. It washes well too. We have bought 2 this far.

Very little serta mattress in the bed. The bed is very flimsy, and uneven. Bought one before and it was very nice most of it was serta mattress, and my dogs loved it

This is the second time purchasing this bed. Our first purchase more than 2.5 years ago is still holding up well, even after a few hand washings. I am kind of surprised this new bed has even more stuffing in the base than the first. Our dog is approx 85 lb. and even at his weight this bed holds up very well, and no he doesn't sink through the foam. It is definitely his favorite (except for maybe his spot on our couch next to me). I attached photos and in one you can see my slipper standing in front to give it some scale so you can get an idea of just how well this is stuffed. To those of you who complained that the dimensions are wrong or it is too small. More than likely you didn't get the correct bed (yeah it happens). If what you receive doesn't match the product pictured for sale - you received the wrong item - take it back, get a refund and try again. Cause this is one nice bed - especially when on sale.

Our 95lb mix breed loves these beds. We have two of these beds. They are both still in use today (Nov 2023) and have held up amazingly well for our dog. I have hand washed both of the covers in a bathtub several times each. The only issue I have is the inner liner that holds the foam is somewhat fragile on our newer bed. There was a change in the inner lining design and for better or worse is debatable. 1st Bed purchased in 2012 the inner foam liner bag is divided into three compartments along the long axis and we have had no issues with it. Bed # 2 purchased in 2017 the inner foam liner bag is divided along the short axis, and contains twice the foam of bed 1, so much the better. Again I want to state, the outer cover has held up well and has no issues but the inner liner has disintegrated in a few places, so this is worse than bed 1, and this makes removing the liner bag messy because the foam goes every where. I came up with my own inner liner system using three individual laundry bags.

These dog beds look great and hold up! They are "overstuffed" when they come out of the box. With use, the stuffing does condense like most beds but these are left with the appropriate amount and not flat. They wash great in my front loader! I do safety pin the zipper. The bumpers do not come out for launder though so they are air dried. This is not enough for me to remove a star. I wish they made an XXL! These are high quality beds at a bargain price!

Was at a local sams club and saw a dog bed I wanted for my dog. Looked nice and firm which is what he needs do to his age. I decided not to buy in store and get it online instead. I picked a different color than the one in the photo but believed it to be the same style. When it was delivered my dog couldn’t even get onto the bed. It was too fluffy and not the same bed I saw in store and not the same bed that was pictured. I returned the bed.
