It’s not pet friendly when it comes time to wash. The other Serra beds have the foam inside where if your pet has an accident or it just needs washed you can wash the foam. This bed is made of chopped up stuffing inside a very thin material, paper like liner which rips during washing and when they have an accident it seeps through. So how are you supposed to wash the chopped up pieces and the liner falls apart. I purchased 2 and would not purchase again. Love the other Serra beds with the orthopedic foam. P

I have a 75 pound pitbull lab mix. She likes the bed and takes naps on it. However, she prefers her old bed to sleep at night as she likes to sleep stretched out and this bed doesn't allow her to do that. Overall, the bed isn't bad at all. I wish I would have purchased a larger size for her like maybe an XXL if they even make that?! Cushion and support seem good. We will see how it holds up 6 months from now.

Bought this for my German Shepherd to get him out of my bed and beside my bed... the Alpha dog, 13 lb. Pom sleeps in the wonderful serta bolster just daring him to get near it. Top qyality, excellent addition for any size dog. Do you make a bigger one??

Our greyhound loves it, he always paws at beds to make them softer or just right for him and eventually ripping them. This one he does not paw at which means it should last longer. We have been buying new beds every three to four months for the last 6 years. Hopefully this lasts a year or longer.

Belle has a bad habit of sneaking onto the couch when we leave the room. I bought her this bed in an attempt to make her more comfortable than when she’s on the couch. To my delight, she loves the bed and actually puts herself to bed every night on this bed.

This dog bed is very thick and provides great support. Purchased at SAMs for a great price. We love the color and were impressed with the quality of this one. We have two large dogs and they love this bed more than any other dog beds we have ever purchased over the years.

I bought this bed and though it was long ke the one I saw in our local Sams before Christmas. It was not. The bed is stuffed too much and the center of the bed is raised up so high it's the same height as the top of the bolsters around edge of bed. So the dog doesn't have any sides to lean against when laying in the bed. I wanted my dog to be able to have the higher bolstered side so she could lay her head in it or lean her body against it. It seemed to be well made. And was very full of cushioning materials. Again I just wanted mine to have sides that were higher than the center of the bed.

Bought two to replace old memory foam beds that were worn due to age. My two goldens really like them and they are easy to get the fur off of with a simple pass of the vacuum. I bought the XL versions and while my dogs fit on them, they only do so if they are curled up -- they definitely cannot stretch out on them. I have yet to wash them and from the care tag, I am not sure how easy that will end up being. Overall though, nice bed for the price.

I ordered two of these from Sam's online about a month ago and was surprised at how quickly they were at my door! They arrived in less than 48 hours from the time I placed the order. I have a Serta dog bed that I've had for years that is still in use, and the new ones didn't disappoint! Big, soft, and fluffy - a great product!

Sadly we decided to return this bed because none of our 4 Golden Retrievers chose to use it. I don't know if it was the scent or the fact that the actual cushion seemed overstuffed and very thick. Either way, they rejected it so we returned this purchase.
