Extremely hard to get positioned on your arm by yourself. I have had 1 error - E2 which required removing the batteries to clear. Also, in the instruction manual, there is no diagram on how to remove the battery cover. Wifi works good and it's nice the device reports directly to garmin connect for reporting. I will update this review as soon as I can test the accuracy

Biggest plus is integration with other Garmin data; additionally, ease of use is a HUGE PLUS because of the brilliant design elements: no cord, wires or tubing; a cuff that needs proper fit/adjustment only once; ease of reading and instant inclusion with other metrics in Garmin Connect.

I absolutely love this blood pressure monitor. The readings are consistent and realistic — no random high spikes or unusually low numbers. It truly feels like a medical-grade device you can trust. The connection to my phone is seamless, and syncing data is effortless. I can quickly take a measurement anytime and easily keep track of my trends over time. It's convenient, dependable, and gives me real peace of mind. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this Garmin BP monitor a month ago and it is really helping me with my daily tracking and log kept on the Garmin Connect app. The only think I wish it could do is to be able to sync the log with the Apple health app to keep all my health history in single place. Hence, the 4 stars.

Works ok and is easy to set up. I like that I can keep my data in one place along with my other workout data and nutrition. I doesn't seem to be consistent and reads a little high compared with the manual readings I get in the doctors office. I expected that this might be the case since it seems to be my experience with this type of measurement device. But, I plan to keep it to look for trends.

Takes some getting used to putting it on my arm by myself but that is only slight negative. Easily connected to my Garmin Connect App. Easy to operate. Like option of single read or average of three. Like options for printing reports for my doctor.

I have had this for a year and still use it weekly. Setup was done over the phone and I connected the WiFi to the device. This is another piece in my arsenal of garmin devices. I have not been disappointed yet.

Great BP device just a little finicky reconnecting to your phone gram in connection app after changing batteries. It doesn't seem to transmit the reading data reliably after the batteries are replaced

This BPM seems to be more accurate than other home devices I have used. I like that it syncs with Garmin Connect and keeps a record of my blood pressure reading.
