Really like how my tracker, BPM, scales, and even satellite phone are all together in a single app. Makes things easy to see and use. The BPM connected immediately to my phone and learned most of what was needed from existing apps.

Experienced significant challenges connecting the device to my wife and my account. We tried for a few days and after a frustrating experience, decided to return the product.

Takes some getting used to putting it on my arm by myself but that is only slight negative. Easily connected to my Garmin Connect App. Easy to operate. Like option of single read or average of three. Like options for printing reports for my doctor.

BP on both systolic and diastolic much higher than doctor office measurements - contemplating returning for refund

I bought Index BPM months ago and fully satisfied with its performance, easy to use, accurate, good design, and high quality.

Easy to use, comfortable fit. Very quiet and accurate readings. Connecting to the app makes tracking your blood pressure an easy part of your daily routine.

Works great. The Connect App is handy for recording data, which makes it easy to share the info with my doctor, who wants me to watch and report my BP during visits.

My index BPM is the least consistent monitor that I have ever owned. Love the design and integration with Garmin Connect, I just wish that it worked.

Invited the Mrs… it would not allow both phones to be connected. What else is the point???? The device and the app suggested I add other users then would not allow it. I hate this

Readings are quite accurate compared to other devices I have used in the past. Verified by calibrating with professional medical equipment. Random E3 error codes can be frustrating.
