Pretty Good Overall

Blood pressure cuff is difficult to put on and get it positioned just right. We have other BP devices that are much easier to put on. Instructions say that unit is meant only for people 18 to 75 years of age! Seems to me that there are a lot of people left out that should be monitoring their BP. Unit syncs to Garmin account just fine and does everything else as claimed.

Works well in the Garmin Connect atmosphere

Make sure the cuff is seated correctly!! The only issue I had was when the cuff inflated excessively to the point it caused discomfort. This ended up causing an E3 (I think) error which translates to a leak. Repairability is zero. Fortunately, Garmin's return/exchange program is spot on. I like being able to sift through the data via the app.

Great way to do at home Blood Pressure

I have been using the device for 2 weeks now. I really like it. It was simple to set up and works great. It appears that the readings I am getting are nearly spot on to what I get elsewhere so I believe it to be very accurate. I really like the fact that it syncs wirelessly to my Garmin Connect so that I have all of the data in one place and can easily review trends and share with my Medical Providers.

Compact and easy to use!

I've been looking for a reliable way to monitor my blood pressure and this device fit the bill perfectly. I'm taking regular readings and along with the data from my Epix watch I'm getting a clearer picture of my day to day health and fitness levels.

Works great

I monitor blood pressure daily. My very old wrist cuff died. I tried multiple brands for replacement. Had to return them. I don't like the standard portable upper arm cuff. They don't travel well. I have a Garmin smart watch. Browsing the site, I found this. It works great. It is close to doctor's office device readings. I love how it folds up making it very portable! Something to consider. It is sl awkward to position

Awesome tool for tracking BP at home....

Having a regular, constant view of blood pressure is a key aspect of maintaining and improving one's health. Now that's possible with the Garmin Index BPM - this little product is simple to use, integrates seamlessly with all the other stats and info that are already part of the Garmin ecosystem. The Index BPM is easy to use and provides very accurate readings. I've had mine now for about three weeks and at the moment I'm checking my BP twice a day to normalize the readings. The results sync wirelessly over to my Garmin account and the sum total of ALL the data provided by Garmin include not only blood pressure, but also Heart Rate Variability, stress levels, sleep data, training readiness, pulse ox levels, respiration, training intensity, steps, floors, calories - all of it. Love the Index BPM.

Works well, good data viz.

Works exactly as described -- especially appreciate the high quality data visualization in Garmin Connect. I think there will be a lot of value in having this as historic data for myself. The biggest feature I would add is the ability to measure body temp and include that as well -- that would capture all of the major vitals in the Garmin ecosystem (blood oxygen, pulse, blood pressure, temperature).

Accurate and easy to use

I am in the Garmin eco system already with an Epix watch, Index scale, Edge bike computer, inReach and I was hoping they'd come out with this. Everything syncs automatically via wifi so I can easily check my weight, stress, heart rate and now blood pressure all in one place so I can get a picutre of my health all in one place. And their Connect software is pretty awesome and easy to use as well. Apple what? ;)

Well constructed, compact, and works well

Excellent compact design that delivers. Once initial fitting is done, you simply slip it on and push the button to start. No need for refitting every time. Love that I can keep a running record of my blood pressure over time. With the compact design, you can even travel with it. Also allows for multiple user tracking.

Most accurate cuff I have ever owned.

Over the years I have owned many composting crffs. This is the least painful, my eyeballs felt like they were going to pop out with some, others were simply not accurate. I liked it so much I bought a second for my wife - you need.to site still for a while before taking a reading so having two made sense for us - one near where each of us measure. The software is easy to use. I wish the dis-lay was a bit brighter as I have poor vision, but it works. Usually the problem is they are so inaccurate as to be useless or rather scary. These units seem very accurate. Granted as a scientist I am likely a harsh judge of equipment.
