We have been sleeping on the ghost bed for 2 weeks ,very comfortable. The delivery by fedex driver brought the bed upstairs, without the youngmans help it would still be in the garage. My wife and I wrangled the king size mattress to the bad frame unopened out of the box. The bed is fairly cumbersome ,but once on the frame all has gone beautifully. Great nights sleep wake up after sleeping through the night comfortably

This bed is really comfortable, and the pillows are wonderful. They come infused with lavender, which I loved but might irritate if you are sensitive to smells (my boyfriend was not thrilled.) As a stomach sleeper, I do sometimes find the bed a bit constricting, and it's not as cool as I'd hoped, but when I lay on my back or side it feels like a cloud. A great bed for the price.

My husband and I recently purchased a king size ghostbed mattress. For both of us it was the first new mattress we have ever owned. It is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. When we get home from work we (including my toddler) go straight to the bed to watch tv in the room while sitting on it. Our family can't get enough of this super comfy bed. We are loving it and it is the new love of my life! THANK YOU GHOSTBED!!!!

It took us a couple weeks to fully adjust and fall in love with our Ghostbed, but now i look forward to the end of the day. Our sleep had improved and we rarely wake up to a sore back. Prior to our purchase we were sore multiple times a week. I highly recommend these beds! You won’t ever want to get up in the morning!

Ordering a mattress online seemed crazy to me at first. I did tons of research first and even contacted customer service to ask a bunch of questions. I was reassured that I would be satisfied and if I wasn't, there was no liability for me. Just contact them for a refund within 101 nights. It only took me one night to fall in love with my ghostbed though. I will NOT be returning it. My wife even loves it and that's what matters the most. My wife and I finally decided to replace our old spring mattress after we had to get rid of our boxspring when it wouldn't fit around a tight corner in a stairwell. Faced with the prospect of purchasing a new style of bed frame just for our old mattress that wasn't comfortable even after many mattress toppers and quilted mattress pads, we decided to make the plunge and invest in a mattress we didn't hate. After polling a number of friends who have purchased beds online, we figured out the things people didn't like and what to avoid. Researching different mattress reviews, we decided on the ghostbed because of cool sleeping, a firmer feel that you wouldn't sink into, and a fair amount of edge support and depth, despite being a foam mattress. Despite being foam, you really do not sink into the top of this mattress like traditional memory foam. The top layer is both cooling as advertised, and surprisingly supportive and even a bit bouncy. Despite initially finding the top a bit firm for my taste (although perfect in firmness for my wife's taste), as a side sleeper, my days of waking up stiff and with hip pain are gone. I never thought I would ever purchase a bed that came out of a box and expanded on its own. I had a few doubts but, that vanished after experiencing a full night's sleep and not waking up to any body aches or cramps. It's summer weather as well and I didn't feel hot during the night. I was so excited to get this mattress that I went home on my lunch break, 30 minutes each way, just to make sure that my bed was unpacked and ready for me that night. When I initially laid down I noticed it was firm, but thought "hey...its supportive ". By the morning my back was a knot and I had spent the entire night tossing and turning. Not to be deterred I sent my children in, clad in clean socks to; jump, roll, bounce, and belly flop on the bed . Which unfortunately did little to soften the memory foam. Lets fast forward to the end of week one. Me not having had a good nights sleep in nearly 8 days, I had become unrecognizable to friends and family. I was up to intravenous intake of coffee and those around me begged me to do something about this. Which leads me to the biggest issue that I had with this whole thing, the return policy. 30 days... 30 days is the minimum before you can return this bed. Thats absurd. This is, with no hyperbole, one of the most uncomfortable mattresses that I have ever slept on. And the thought of not having a good nights sleep for 22 more days made cringe. After several calls and chats I had still had nothing positive to report...No exchange, no return, no solution other than "people who report the mattress as being too firm love it by day 90" ; maybe.... So I decided, "Im stuck" Ill keep this thing for 30 days, I can manage that. I couldn't. I travel a lot for work, 2 to 3 days a week, and coming home to that mattress made me anxious. As any road worrier knows there is a certain longing for ones own bed. A feeling of being home and comfortable, like a big hug. For me it was the opposite . I dreaded that mattress. Knowing that I would be tossing and turning and would wake up with my back and neck crumpled like every receipt I have ever gotten. It was finally time that I put up a stand. I call again, and still nothing, but worse it appears that no one has been tracking my calls and complaints. I hung up the phone and opened my computer. I order a different mattress and leaned the ghost bed up against the wall. Where it will remain, watching me sleep, until I can return it.

The mattress is way too firm and doesn't give way enough to let my butt sink in the way it needs to for proper alignment. I wake up with my back on fire in a lot of pain. It's still very stiff after 2 months of sleeping on it. The pillows, on the other hand, are amazing. Very plush and allow your head to sink in for proper alignment. They're the reason this review gets 3 stars. I'll give the bed 1-2 stars and the pillow 4-5 stars.

The bed is amazing. I was very hesitant about buying it, and was so fed up with mattress shopping, I was ready to give up! But, the ghostbed made everything super quick and easy. The bed even got here the next day!! I love my ghostbed and the pillows that I got with it as well. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars!!!
