I’ve had back pain for year. In morning when first get up back was so stiff and sore could not bend at all. The first morning after sleeping on goat bed pain was 90% better. That is awesome since I have severe arthritis and had 2 back surgeries because I have stenosis in spine because of arthritis. I love the ghost bed.

Love this mattress. So glad we took a leap of faith and bought it. We let it for for 24 hours before using it even though it said you could use immediately. So comfy and cool. If you are going to buy a mattress in a box, you need to do your homework. Make sure you can return the product if there is a problem. Matresses in a box can have issues completely forming no matter the brand. Sam's allows you to return this mattress if there are issues even if bought online. When I asked about returns they also advised they can come pick it up to complete the return. Because we would have no way of getting a king mattress to the store!

I love my new Ghostbed! I have had 2 spinal fusions and sleep is not easy for me. This bed has enabled me to sleep comfortably without waking up to ease the pain. Great sleep.

I’ve always slept on a quality mattress. Recently I had to purchase a mattress to use while my things are in storage. I’m both surprised and satisfied with the quality of this mattress.

Feels like you are sleeping on jello, but it has great support as well.

Biggest complaint is that the top is so slick that the bottom sheets keep popping off the corners! Otherwise, I love it! I will try different sheets to see if it helps!

The mattress originally shipped to me had been in shrink wrap for more than a year. It never achieved a proper shape but was like a scoop after several days of waiting for it to decompress. When I contacted Ghostbed, the company rep politely asked me for several rounds of information backing up my claim. After satisfying all of their requests for identification of the mattress and proof of the problem with pictures, I was immediately sent a new matress that had just been manufactured and when unwrapped assumed the proper shape in the expected time. Ultimately, I was completely satisfied with the product and the discounted price I had paid to Sam's.

Don't buy from Sam's Club. They were really slow in delivery and couldn't get the delivery date right twice. I ended up going elsewhere to buy and they are sitting on the refund for 3 weeks so far. I have repeatedly returned the item twice and the still have not refunded a January 22 purchase. I have disputed the charge with credit card company and now filing a consumer fraud complaint with the Indiana Attorney General

The mattress was just way too firm for me. Probably a great mattress for someone that likes a firm mattress. The 1 star rating is because of the return nightmare and lack of customer service from Sams Club. I have spent many hours, multiple phone calls I still do not have my money refunded and the mattress is sitting in the middle of my entry way.

Ordered this mattress, it took 11 days to arrive at our home. Opened the mattress per instructions. It is not 12” in height. It is not a medium-firm mattress. It is definitely firm. Lesson learned.
